TJ Adamson:  We had a wonderful experience working with Liz Moore Weddings and our wedding expert Janel Asher. We interviewed several agencies before selecting their group and we are very glad we made this decision. At the beginning we started working with Liz Moore who is fantastic. She turned our wedding over to Janel Ascher who did an excellent job! Janel was responsive, organized, and handled everything efficiently. She helped us every step of the way and was always available when we needed her. At times, it was difficult getting ahold of the wedding representatives at the resort, but Janel stepped in anytime we needed her. We had 40 guests from the United States and Europe going to the Dominican Republic. All our guests were pleased with the service and attention provided by Janel. After the wedding, there was a flight cancellation that effected 18 of our guests requiring them to either stay an extra night at the resort or find a hotel. The resort wanted twice as much money per room then we originally paid. I called Janel and she answered on my first attempt. After explaining the situation, she was ALL over it. Janel contacted several people and was able to get the resort to honor our original rates! Even though this was out of everyone’s control, Janel understood the bind some of our guests were in and we felt like she really cared. We were VERY grateful she was there for us and helped resolve that situation. She went above and beyond.
