Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks Expert

Kerrie planned a memorable Playa del Carmen Trip for me and my daughter and her friends for a graduation trip. The 7 of us did not want the trip to end. She did a complete package for us all, air, hotel transfers and booked a catamaran excursion which was a huge highlight- the kids made so many fun memories! I am ready for you to help me with another tropical trip!!

Kerrie helped us choose a destination that was within our budget and desires of travel for our group. It was complicated but her attention to detail helped us not have to sweat a minute of it!

Had a great ski vacation that Kerrie planned for us. Didn’t know which resort to pick but gave her our wish list and she came up with great options. All aspects of skiing were included, hotel, equipment, lift tickets too. Very easy process!

I reached out to Kerrie for help with a trip to ski in Colorado. 1st she immediately contacted me back after I found her on Travel Leaders and then she made an itinerary that fit all my needs for our family. Airfare, lodging, lift ticket, at a discount, and equipment. Even got my kids -10,15 in ski school for a day. It was so smooth from start to finish.

Exceptional experience , very thorough , detail oriented and a flow up after the trip. Steller service. Thanks Kerrie.

Kerrie has booked several vacations for our family. Our most recent trip was an Alaskan cruise. All arrangements were seamless and hassle free which has made our vacations so pleasant. She is detail oriented, very responsive, and a joy to work with. We plan to use Kerrie and her services for all future travel plans!

I wanted to take the time to let you know how much we appreciated everything you did to make our Yellowstone and Grand Teton vacation the experience of a lifetime. Kerrie made us a personalized easy to follow itinerary that took out all the guesswork of sightseeing these two national parks, she also made wonderful dining suggestions and even made reservations for us. All our accommodations were great. The private wildlife tour she suggested and booked was the best. Thank you so much for your patience with us and for always making sure we had a terrific adventure.

My husband and I enjoyed an epic week in Yellowstone National Park, Jackson and Grand Tetons. Kerrie made planning this trip easy and stress-free. She is very knowledgable about the area and was able to plan out an itinerary that matched our needs and interests. Best of all, Kerrie was able to reserve lodging inside the park with less than four-months advance notice.

My husband and I have known Kerrie as our travel agent from the start of our Gate One trips. This was our fifth trip and by far, all our trips have been stress-free, thanks to Kerrie! We just communicate our date, destination, & coupon code and she takes care of everything for us! She is God’s blessing to our family.

I have recently completed a two week tour of Yellowstone and Grand Teton NPs. It is my pleasure to recommend Kerrie Ducey, who was responsible for planning the tour. Kerrie patiently determined my expectations, skeleton itinerary, expected quality of accommodation and dining experience, and, in particular, the ranch in Wyoming where we would spend almost a week of our tour. She prepared a draft and we agreed outstanding points. Kerrie then set about booking flights, accommodation, car rental and guides. She kindly provided summaries of places of interest and suggested activities. Kerrie was unobtrusively in the background during our tour. We were thus confident that she would be available if hitches arose. I am delighted to have this opportunity to recommend Kerrie to others who require assistance in planning their vacations. Much can be done by oneself Online; Kerrie provides the hands-on experience and contacts that come with being a professional travel agent.

We absolutely love using Kerrie to help us book our travel. She was very helping in giving us a lot of options that met our families criteria. She is very punctual in her response time both before and during our vacation if we had questions. We stayed at the Barcelo Maya Palace. It was a very family friendly all-inclusive resort. Our kids enjoyed the water park. The only downside to the resort was it was hard to make reservations at the speciality restaurants. Overall we had a great time on our vacation and will definitely continue to use Kerrie in the future.

We recently returned from a trip to Yellowstone that our family will be talking about for years, and we owe so much of that experience to Kerrie. From the very beginning, she took the time to understand what we wanted and turned it into a thoughtfully planned itinerary. Every detail was handled, from lodging to well timed excursions that allowed us to see the best of Yellowstone without feeling rushed or overwhelmed. Her recommendations ensured we experienced the park’s highlights, like Old Faithful and the Grand Prismatic Spring, while also discovering quieter, less crowded spots that made the trip feel even more special. If you’re considering a trip to Yellowstone we cannot recommend her highly enough. Her expertise and care for her clients made all the difference.

We are a family of five from CA with three boys under 12, and we had no idea where to start with planning a Yellowstone adventure. We are so thankful we found Kerrie! Her knowledge about the parks and the area we wanted to see was invaluable. She customized our vacation to fit our family's needs and things we wanted to avoid. I've been at work for one day and have already convinced my co-workers to go on this trip as well. :)

Kerrie was absolutely great in helping me to realize our trip out West. She willingly helped with all the details--big and small. I don't travel much so this was a huge help. I couldn't have done this without her. Call Kerrie, you won't be disappointed!

We found the trip planning to be quite a lot to handle, so we reached out to Kerrie. She was simply marvelous! Kerrie organized our entire itinerary, set up tours, and also prepared a plan for us to explore on our own, which allowed us to relax and fully enjoy the experience. I will be calling her again for our next trip! Thank you!

Kerrie is one of the best travel agents I have ever worked with hands down. She is organized and is quick to respond. Carefully caters the trip to meet your exact needs. I will be using her for any and every destination that she offers!

I would highly recommend Kerrie to help with your vacation planning. She was an absolute pleasure to work with. Kerrie helped with every detail and also had some unique ideas to recommend. Thank you Kerrie for your help to create amazing lifelong memories!

We haven't left for our trip yet but know it will be amazing because Kerrie has it all planned out for us! She first asked about my family and what my boys liked to do in order to suggest certain things for our Yellowstone trip. She sent me options for lodging with comments about each one to help with my selection. She booked our car easily and I just received an entire itinerary for our time at the park, ideas for stops/visits and restaurants along the way. She just shared so many helpful tips that will come in so handy while we are exploring!! Can't say enough about her skills and knowledge!

Just returned from our second trip out west that Kerrie planned and like the first one it was wonderful. She booked our rental cars, lodging and excursions and everything was absolutely perfect! She knows her stuff and has all the contacts! I honestly cannot recommend her enough!!!

I literally found Kerrie online by searching reviews. She absolutely lived up to her reputation. She helped me choose a ski town and the condo. She arranged the ski school and ski rentals. She found transportation to and from the airport. The mountain and accommodations were lovely and everything else went as planned without a hitch. I would definitely use her services in the future!

Kerrie helped put together a great winter trip for me and my family. Her recommendations for lodging were spot on. She provided a great flow for our multi-destination trip which made it stress free and jam packed with great adventures. It was helpful having someone local to the area make great suggestions. Thank you!!

Yellowstone is a huge park, but Kerrie expertly guided us through every step of our trip. Her knowledge of the best sights and activities ensured that we made the most of our time there. We could not have planned our trip without her! So grateful for her help!

Kerrie was extremely knowledgeable and helped us plan our trip to Yellowstone and Grand Teton National Parks

Wonderful experience. Kerrie is fantastic !

Kerrie did a great job putting together a bachelorette group to Cancun. It was a bit complicated because we all came from different cities but she did a superb job communicating and coordinating. I will use her for travel from now on.

We asked Kerrie to make a family vacation to Cancun for our large family of 6. We really liked her suggestions of the Barcelo property in the Riviera Maya. It had everything our family needed and more. She did a great job at keeping in contact with us the whole way and checked back after we returned. Highly recommend her efficiency and attention to detail. Def using her again.

Kerrie was helpful, accessible, organized and an overall pleasure to work with from the first minute we spoke. Most importantly the itinerary she developed for us to explore Yellowstone and the Grand Tetons was just perfect in every way..from the recommendations for places to stay, amount of time in each location and the organization of each day.

Kerrie was great to work with. In addition to being extremely personable, she is very knowledgeable about the Yellowstone area, and provided some great advice. Kerrie was also very responsive anytime we contacted her, and went out of her way to try and give us the best trip possible. We would highly recommend Kerrie to anyone planning a trip to the Yellowstone area.

Kerrie was absolutely wonderful to work with. She kept us informed of any changes in our travel plans, and gave us a great itinerary to follow. She was knowledgeable and very responsive as well.

Kerrie was easily accessible via both email and phone and responded to my needs quickly.

Kerrie is amazing!!! Her knowledge, ideas and attention to detail made for the best vacation imaginable for our family of 12 (3 generations)! Her communication was awesome and she was always available for questions or further assistance as needed. Kerrie is by far the best travel agent I’ve ever used and she made our trip the success it was!!!

If I could add more stars, I would. We have a travel group that has been traveling together since 1993 at least once a year. We had always wanted to do Yellowstone/Grand Tetons but we knew it would a more complicated trip than what we have done in the past. I found Kerrie and she was a delight to work with and was so helpful in finding us a tour company that would meet our needs. She also helped us set up hotels and made sure that we were covered for all the details of the trip. Her advice and support was great. Would highly recommend...couldn't have been more pleased!

I worked with Kerrie on a vacation for my family to Cozumel. She was very responsive and thorough. She took time to understand what our family desired for our trip and even set us up with wonderful excursions. She took the guess work out of our vacation. It was really terrific

It was an absolute pleasure collaborating with Kerrie Ducey! I spent more time planning this vacation with her than my significant other who hates planning. She was such a great resource offering many great suggestions based on what we were looking for and a voice of reason and calmness when it became overwhelming! I could not have pulled this trip off without her help!

Booked a family cruise with Kerrie, everything worked out great. Flights, cruise itself. All the ports were spectacular. Didn’t want it to end!

Kerrie put together a wonderful trip to Hawaii for our family. It was wonderful in every way. Her suggestions of places to stay gave us the opportunity to make some meals in our condos and save on always eating out. We had a bit of a complicated itinerary due to family coming in and departing from other parts of the states and Kerrie is very detail oriented so that was a huge plus. She gave us plenty of choices too for tours in and around other Hawaii island excursions. It was a dream trip for our family!

Kerrie was very quick to respond to my request for help with a vacation for spring break ..My request was short notice and she was able to find a good deal for us to travel to Playa del Carmen area. We had a great time and appreciated the excursion link she sent me to do some great snorkeling too.
She helped make things so easy... All inclusive meals, hotel stay and airport transfers.

Kerrie was extremely helpful in in planning a family trip to California's Central Coast and Disneyland. She assisted us with flights, multiple hotel reservations, a rental car, and more. Everything she booked for us more than met our expectations (we literally saw harbor seals from our hotel room window!). When our flight home was disrupted by delays, she quickly helped us find a hotel to stay an extra night and get on a new flight. Exceptional responsiveness! Thanks, Kerrie!

Kerrie is kind and pleasant to work with. She provided our family of four with many different, amazing options. I look forward to working with her again when planning the next family vacation. I would not hesitate to recommend her to a friend or my extended family :)

Kerrie is very knowledgeable and helpful really helped with all our travel needs!
