Super Awesome Fun Vacation

We had the best time. We do a lot of vacations, but this was the first time we ever used a travel agent. On her recommendation, we felt comfortable doing new things such as zipline and horse back riding. She assured us that the people doing the zipline were appropriately credentialed. The Taxi was on time. Very informative. Great lunch and dinner. Just so much fun. excited for the next trip

Girls Trip Shenanigans

I am a teacher on a budget with zero cruise experience. We presented Michelle with dates, budget, wish list, and she made it happen! She made the entire planning process painless and was available to answer all of our questions. In addition to planning a great trip from start to finish she gave tips & tricks that made our trip even better; from what to use for our room key to the items we would need in our cabin to make our shared cabin with 3 ladies comfortable! Ohh what a fantastic treatment we received from Dragon Wolf Agency. We told Michelle this was for a birthday/girls trip. Her attention to detail like bringing heavy duty magnets to hang things on was definitely beneficial to stay organized. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a VIP experience! Can’t wait for our next adventure with the girls and this agency!

A very exciting cruise experience

This was my very first cruise experience, so naturally I was looking forward to it with great excitement! I had a ball, but I was disappointed with the unpleasant demeanour and attitude of the staff in the dining and buffet areas. The food was generally quite good, except for chicken - all that I tasted was usually hard and dry.
Entertainment was varied and quite enjoyable.
I enjoyed my cabin with a balcony immensely, and our steward was helpful, efficient and very pleasant. And I enjoyed the state-of-the-art features on board the ship (the wifi app didn't work very well). I really appreciated the clean bathrooms, and the staff in guest services were really helpful.
I loved being greeted with the entertainers, a cool drink and refreshing towelette when we came back from a tour.
The debarkation process at the end of the cruise went very smoothly.
