Fulfilling Dreams is the perfect name for this travel agency. Jenipher was awesome to work with because she listened to our wish list and coordinated with vendors in Peru to plan every aspect of our once in a lifetime vacation. Everything was planned to perfection so all we had to do was enjoy the beauty of Machu Pichu, Rainbow Mountain, and the Cusco region. There is no way we could have planned this trip on our own. Thank you Jenipher for helping us cross Machu Pichu off of our bucket lists.

Wonderful trip with friends

My husband and I and four of our close friends worked with Jenipher Smith to plan a wonderful, relaxing cruise. Jenipher was friendly, knowledable, and very easy to work with. She researched several destinations for us and found the one that was perfect for our group at a great price and with special perks. Jenipher was prompt in communicating with all of us and was always available for questions. She provided hard copies of our itinerary and sent luggage tags with a gift set before the cruise. She kept us updated on passport regulations etc.
some members of our party need hotel reservations and transport to the cruise location, which Jenipher provided. She checked on us before and after the cruise to which us non voyage and to make sure everything was perfect. I would highly recommend her!

Jen makes going on cruises pain free. No worrying about booking or when to check in or even what to pack. After checking in online, she even send you a packet with your documents and luggage tags and holder. I won’t book my cruises any other way unless she is involved.

Jenipher is the first travel agent we have ever dealt with and this was our first trip to the Caribbean and we had the most amazing time. Jenipher was extremely helpful, jumping on calls when our needs changed, arranging things at the resort on our behalf, sharing her personal knowledge with the area. Alaskan cruise - trip of our lives!

As someone who had never been on a cruise before, Jenipher helped us book a wonderful Alaskan cruise. She answered all of our questions, guided us when we needed help, and checked on us as our trip neared. She even sent a trip package containing necessary trip paperwork, cruise bag tags, handy lanyards, and a device charging tower. Really appreciate her being available when we had questions. We loved our quickie Hollywood Studios trip!

Thanks so much for planning our quick trip to Disney. We loved the Hollywood Studios after hours party - for the same price as a day ticket we spent very little time in line (25 minutes was our longest wait at Slinky Dog) and rode all the rides with long queues. Plus the kids loved the hotels - and spending our day in the cool water was so much better than standing in line at the park during the heat of the day. My kids are already plotting how to do this again … it’s a good thing they don’t have your contact info or my visa number.

Derby Trip - "Riders Up!"

Above and beyond is just not the standard any more. That is unless you've chosen Jen as your travel agent! Jen is responsive, to the point of knowing what you might need or be interested in before you've even expressed the thought! She found us the right package deal, and had us looking forward to a dream experience in a matter of days of contacting her. When we said we were driving to our destination, she researched our route and offered hotel suggestions along the way, she even sent me links to start my hat and dress shopping! Before we started our trip, she made sure that we were prepared (even sent us packing cubes ahead of time to help us pack in an organized way!) and knew how to contact her if the need arose. During our trip, she checked in to make sure we were having the time of our lives, and then welcomed us home when it was all said and done. Jen is knowledgeable, friendly, and a tireless advocate for her clients. I'm looking forward to our next adventure!

Most Amazing Family Vacation!

From the very first email and through each call and email, I’m a bit high maintenance, she was quick to respond with an answer to every question. Her expertise is what ensured me we were in great hands, knew her stuff without having to research. She delivered beyond what we asked for in our experiences and accommodations. Each day was planned out, like we envisioned. I have never had a trip go so smoothly. We had travelers from 3 states, last minute traveler changes, food allergies to accommodate, you name it we had it happen. Jenipher was a dream to work with and gave us a dream vacation! Experience Of A Lifetime

Fulfilling Dreams Travel Agency helped do just that for me and my family! This was personally my very first real trip ever and I had no idea what I was doing or where to start. It has been my lifelong dream to go to Disney World and now with a daughter who is completely enamored with Disney Princesses, I knew it was something I really wanted to make happen. With Jenipher at Fulfilling Dreams, I was able to do just that. I went In completely blind and she walked me through every step of the way and paid close attention to detail as to what was important to us. Best Cruise Ever!

It was a great to work with Jenipher building our very first cruise itinerary and for a Disney Cruise, no less! She helped guide us through the purchasing process, giving us tips on selecting staterooms, expectations for meals, how to's on baggage processing, pre-boarding COVID testing, and even provided a thorough and comprehensive "What to Expect" folder. Jenipher was there with us every step of the way, she made the reservation process easy, and also was wonderful to work with for our first cruise booking. She also sent some cruise ship goodies prior to our departure which were so kind and unexpected! Amazing family cruise with half the stress!
