Danielle helped us organize our kids first Disney trip. While we stayed off property, she found a hotel that was near Disney Springs and had a lot of amazing amenities, as well as a great pool and lazy river for our days off.

Danielle helped us compare different cost options at various resorts before our trip so we could make the best plan for our family and also helped remind me of our Disney dining booking window when it approached. However, she really stood out as an agent when we were leaving for the airport to return home. Our driver for our car service forgot to load our luggage (left it right in front of the resort) into the car and we didn’t realize until we had reached the airport. Danielle was immediately on the phone making sure the resort had identified our luggage and escalated the situation with the car service to get the driver to return, take my husband back to the resort, and make it back in time to make our flight home! Without them charging us extra for the trip back and forth!
