My sister booked a cruise for herself, me & our oldest sister to Alaska. I know she relied HEAVILY on Beth Formea & her expertise-- always responding quickly if not immediately to any question she had--this assured us greatly as none of us had ever been on a cruise and didn't know what to expect or how to proceed forward on our excursions if we felt like we didn't know what we were doing. It was like she held our hands assuring us or guiding us--greatly pleased with her! And everything about the cruise was perfect Everything she booked for us. She contacted us beforehand to tell us what we needed to do or how to check in, how to get apps on our phones. Highly recommend Beth.

Beth helped us plan the entire trip. We did three days on land and then a seven day cruise on Princess. We flew into Fairbanks and then caught the cruise ship in Whittier and took it all the way to Vancouver. From Vancouver, we flew home to St. Louis Missouri. Beth helped us with all of our flights as well. The only thing Beth didn’t help with was our choosing of what excursions we wanted to do. Everything else was planned by Beth with such detail! She was there every step of the way, and even contacted me the week before we left and went through the entire itinerary with me to make sure I understood everything. This was my first cruise ever.

We had a fantastic trip, from the ease of booking through Beth to actually boarding in Vancouver everything was planned for us and we just showed up! I highly Recommend booking with her!

Elizabeth Formea was fantastic from the very beginning giving us all the options available for travel and the choices of packages available to the end with choices of excursions available. She answered all our questions, kept us up to date for the entire 2 week trip and we always felt like she was there if we had a problem.

Elizabeth was extremely helpful in planning, coordinating and communicating details to us, and to our friends who do not live local. She informed and encouraged us to book the cruise and balcony rooms early, to ensure relaxed visibility of the glaciers on sea days. Elizabeth provided us a info and travel packet to start our excursion planning and packing tips; and a Trip Plans App for communicating and monitoring our itinerary and flights. She kept us informed real time when we experienced a flight delay prior to a connecting flight.

Beth was amazing! She gave us information, we didn’t even know we needed to know about. She was very communicative and even on our trip when we reached out answered right away with the time difference I thought that was amazing!

Who would know what to expect from Alaska, but Elizabeth supplied us with so much relevant information. She provided tools to guide us every day - what to expect, where to be. She prepped us with info and amenities that made cabin life more pleasant.

Beth helped us with our hotel choice, air flights, and points of interest. and was correct in every one of her recommendations!

She went above and beyond when one of our girls had an issue with a passport card and inability to fly.

In the early stages of planning, I had a phone conversation with Beth, so she could ask questions and find out exactly what we were looking for before we booked our trip. She came back with several suggestions for us and even looked into some of the places I had heard about. Once we decided on a destination, she took care of EVERYTHING for us! After the airline made several changes to departure times, she looked into some other options for us and helped us make the changes necessary. Beth was excellent at communicating any airline changes etc…that came u before our trip. She even contacted us regarding a flight delay on our return trip while we were on the plane. She went above and beyond to secure us a rental car, because of the long delay for the 2nd half of our return trip. We enjoyed our trip immensely and we couldn’t have done it without Beth’s help!

Beth is a very professional travel agent she is patient very engaged with my travel needs. She has exceeded my expectations.
