Things I appreciated about planning with Amanda were: *Provided a wide range of options depending on budget. Patiently provided numerous different cost comparisons of hotels, flights and park amenities. I never felt rushed. *The days leadng up to the trip, Amanda would send emails with recommendations and itinerary. A few days before the trip, she scheduled a call to go over the plan and answer all questions. *Due to her experience, she relayed past travelers' hiccups and made sure I had plans for contingencies. My travel was smooth however! *Due to her personal experiences at Universal, I had a wealth of information into each attraction as well. I also had the comfort of knowing she was always available via text, since I was traveling solo. *As I booked with her, I got early access to parks even though I did not stay at one the Universal resorts and I'd say it made a huge difference. I was able to waltz through most of the main attractions in the morning because of this. I stood in line more than an hour for only 2 of the rides across three parks. I was okay with this having booked during peak holiday season (dec 25th-29th). *Overall, I would 100% book with Amanda again. I heard about Amanda through two different colleagues who had wonderful experiences themselves.
