She also set up my transfers to and from the airport to the hotel and the cruise port. Zahi are always kept me informed on any changes or updates with my trip. Zahi planned our Disney trip and it was the first time we had used a travel agent because this was our first family vacation that was not part of a family get -together and I have zero regrets. Our room was great, we didn't have to worry about out transportation to or from the resort, and it was a stress free, relaxing time! 10/10 would recommend!
