Our trip was amazing! We stayed at Grand Bavaro Princess Platinum and we will definitely be back. The staff there are amazing especially with kiddos. Be prepared to walk alot as the resort is huge. The trolly is great however you can end up waiting a little bit for a ride. Make sure you book you reservation for the restaurants right away as they fill up. The cappuccino Cafe has hands down the best coffee ever! The beach is super clean and well taken care of. This resort is super safe from when you enter to all the way to the beach! Be aware of the vendors even those with exotic birds and lizards. They are pushy and will try to scam you for money when it comes to pictures of their animals then will try to get your venmo and what not. Just use common sense with them. The guards on the beach keep those vendors away from the hoteland keep them out of the roped off area. The drinks were amazing, super kid friendly, and just all around a great place. We have used Wendy for 2 separate trips to Mexico. We love that she books all the details, i.e. flight, hotel, transfers. If we want something changed she is very willing to work with us on the changes. She checks in during the trip to make sure all is going well. Everything has gone great both times. Wendy went above and beyond every step of the way. It took us a LONG time to decide where we wanted to go. We were traveling with our 3 children ages 11, 8 and 1. Due to the big age gap we bring our nanny so we had the added challenge of having enough room while sticking to a budget. When I changed my mind every 3 days, Wendy was happy to send me quotes and offer insights based on her travel experiences. We finally decided on Ocho Rios Jamaica. Once we booked Wendy continued to be very quick to reply to my questions regarding excursions, safety etc. She sent me videos of excursions so I could get a clear picture of what the experience would be.
