Julie took the time to understand our family's needs and crafted a tailor-made itinerary with a map that was nothing short of spectacular! Every detail was meticulously planned, from our accommodations in the heart of the action, the weather, lanyards and a snack gift card. She made sure that we had our express passes that allowed us to skip the long lines, making our time at the park all the more enjoyable!

Julie was very prompt in getting me the quotes I asked for and booking my stay. She sent me emails with information about my destination regularly. On our arrival day, she messaged me to make sure everything was as it was supposed to be. I had a question about the location of our room and she was able to get the answer for me right away. I've always booked my own trips, but it was nice to not have to sit on hold and check rates and compare prices. It was definitely worth it to have her book the stay for us.

Julie was truly the best agent to pick for our travels coming in from Canada to spend a week at a resort in Orlando at Disney that came with four day passes to the parks and photo memory maker. This is the second time I have used Julie Hyder to book our family cruise. I always begin browsing myself, but I get very overwhelmed. I send her what we are looking for...cost, length, destination, rooms, companies, etc. She sends me quotes, and we work from there. She has a pretty good grasp of what I am looking for. Julie is fantastic to work with. She checked several different resorts at Walt Disney World for us with various discounts that we qualified for and helped us get the best room for the most affordable price. She was able to answer some questions I had about an additional experience for my husband and confirm that a restaurant that we booked would be perfect for my husband's birthday dinner. Even though we are Disney veterans and have gone many times, I have found that it's so convenient for me to have her book our resort accommodations that I don't hesitate to ask for her help.

We stayed at the Hyatt downtown in Gainesville, FL. It was a wonderful location because Julie made sure we were no more than 20 minutes away from each place we had to go to!! She’s always so kind and very helpful when planning, booking, and communicating!

We had the best time in Gainesville celebrating a family member’s high school graduation! Julie made it incredibly easy by finding our hotel that was within 15 minutes of all of our events over the course of the weekend. The hotel was absolutely wonderful, the Hyatt in Gainesville. And the staff there were absolutely fantastic. It is in a very busy area because it is downtown Gainesville, but the staff is well prepared to help handle anything that you need. And Julie was accommodating as she always is throughout our whole stay.

Worked with Julie for a girls trip and she was absolutely amazing per usual. She handled everything we could have thought of and then some! Will never book with anyone else!

We went on a cruise with our foreign exchange student which left us with alot of questions as to what we needed for him to travel with us. Julie helped up through everything. This our second trip we have planned with Julie. Back in June or July we decided we wanted to try a Sandals resort for our 25th wedding anniversary. Our anniversary is in January and I figured maybe we had waited too late to get a decent room as the Caribbean is a little busy in the winter months. Julie was like not a problem, tell me where you want to go and what you want to do. We decided on the island of St. Lucia which has three Sandals resorts. Julie sent over several room options from all three resorts and we decided on La Toc. We chose a room with a butler service, why not, it’s a celebration for us so why not be pampered a little. My husband has food allergies and sometimes it can be challenging when traveling. Julie always goes the extra mile to make sure that all of his food allergies are noted at the destinations and on the flights.
