I can’t recommend Tessa enough. She helped us plan our extra time in Rome—highly recommend doing this! I sent her everything I wanted to do and needed, and she handled the rest seamlessly. From hotel accommodations and tickets to transportation and a perfectly organized schedule, everything was taken care of. She also helped us decide which Viking excursions were the best fit for us, which made a huge difference. While she didn’t handle our cruise or flights (we had already booked those before reaching out), she absolutely can manage that as well if you choose. Stress-free planning for sure

This was our 3rd trip that Tessa has booked for us and we will never book ourselves again. She takes care of everything, has great communication and answers all the questions we have. We will be reaching out to her soon to help us book our Disney trip for the spring.

This was the first time I used a Travel Agent. I am getting older and I don't feel like doing all the planning. someone told me about Tessa and I decided that I would give her a call. I was planning a Viking ocean cruise and I wanted to add travel to the beginning and the end of that trip for a total of 18 days. There were a lot of transfers involved With my trip from the airport to the hotel from the hotel to the train from the train to the ferry port from the ferry port to the hotel, etc., so many moving parts that needed to come together. We discussed what I wanted to do throughout the planning process and how many days I wanted to stay. I needed help with transportation and trains and boats and ferrys and Hotels. she put it all together And before my trip started she brought over a a package with printed information and the tickets that I needed for the tours, the ferry's , the trains. While On my trip, I reviewed the itinerary the night before to review the upcoming plans for the next day so I knew where I needed to be what time we were leaving and what I needed to bring with me for the day. I followed all the directions. the drivers arrived on time, the ferry and train tickets were in the packet. It was a great experience and I will continue to use a travel agent for future travel from now on. Currently, she is planning my next trip to Switzerland and France. This time we plan on taking fancy trains to explore these two countries for two weeks
