First family cruise!

We had an absolutely amazing experience working with Shannon Robinson. I highly recommend them when booking your vacation. We had a problem with our hotel we stayed at the night before our cruise and Shannon was right on it helping us figure out a solution, even though it was late at night too. We ended up getting upgraded to a nicer hotel and we were refunded for the original booking that fell through. It made a stressful experience into something that ended up being a fun memory to our vacation.

Saved us so much time & money!

The cruise was awesome! We loved our room and particularly appreciated the tip about the complimentary breakfast delivered to our room. That saved us on all of our shore days when we were trying to get an early start. There were countless other great tips too! I can’t tell you how much I appreciate the cabins, plane tickets, and hotel room that Shannon got for us. She got us way better deals than I was able to find myself!

Our Epic Taylor Swift Adventure

We decided to go to Europe with short notice to attend Taylor Swift's The Eras Tour in Hamburg Germany. Shannon made excellent suggestions for our trip to Switzerland and then Germany on activities and found the perfect hotel locations to be near train stations for easy travel. When our suitcases didn't make our connecting flight Shannon worked on her end to track them down and get our claims filed for reimbursement on the items we had to purchase while we waited for our suitcases. I would definitely use Shannon for all my future travel plans both in in the United States and interntionally.

Northern Lights- a trip of a lifetime

I had one thing on my bucket list; to see the Northern Lights.
After months of research, I called Joyvoya to price compare using a travel agency to booking activities and hotels on my own. I can't say enough how happy I am that we decided to use Joyvoya, and got Shannon as our travel agent. Shannon suggested activities and added a location to our trip that made it 100 times better. She quickly responded to our MANY questions and concerns. Using Joyvoya did not increase the price of our trip compared to booking everything on our own. When our flight was cancelled due to weather, the peace of having Shannon to reach out to, confirmed the decision to use Joyvoya was the best decision we made, besides taking the trip. She is very organized and emailed us updated itineraries with every change, provided links, packing list suggestions, and vouchers for our reserved activities. I highly recommend using Joyvoya. She made our trip truly "a trip of a lifetime".

Shannon is great! She considered the needs and preferences of our family and returned our questions with detailed answers in a timely fashion. We ended up booking multiple trips through her. Even though cruises are her specialty, she had great recommendations and advice from personal experience for our Disneyland trip. She even set up a price watch for our trip to North Carolina and got our same flights reduced by $400. We'd highly recommend Shannon.

Although I was reluctant to go on a cruise, Shannon asked me the kind of questions that put me at ease. She took into account my physical limitations, my likes and dislikes, price range, accommodation preferences, and that was just the beginning. I had never been to the Caribbean, but Shannon seemed to know so many little things that I didn't realize I could experience. She opened my eyes. She created a time schedule, told me what to expect, and before I knew it, I was actually looking forward to this trip. That surprised me.
