Hello, I’m Deborah Clark, Founder & CEO of BEYOND Land & Sea Travel.

Travel has always been more than a career for me; it’s a lifelong passion. Since entering the travel industry in 2017, I’ve combined my extensive leadership background, global travel experience, and love of people to help clients design seamless, memorable vacations around the world.

Before launching my career in travel, I spent many years as a C-level executive in the franchise industry, where I developed a strong reputation for leadership, organization, operational excellence, and customer service. Today, I bring those same skills into every client experience, ensuring every detail is handled with professionalism, care, and precision.

My husband, Derrick and I have been married for 36 years and share a deep love of exploring the world together. Cruising is our favourite way to travel. We love the ease of unpacking once, enjoying exceptional dining, world-class entertainment, and experiencing multiple destinations in one unforgettable journey.

I’ve personally been cruising since 1986 and have sailed on more than 60 cruises across the globe. My extensive firsthand travel experience allows me to provide clients with valuable insight, practical guidance, and personalized recommendations that go far beyond what can be found online.

In October 2022, my husband and I opened our boutique agency, BEYOND Land & Sea Travel. What began as a dream has quickly grown into a thriving, customer-service-driven agency with 18 travel professionals and counting. Collectively, our team has travelled to virtually every major destination in the world, giving our clients access to exceptional firsthand knowledge and expertise.
