We decided to book future Exoticca vacations through Vivian based on positive client feedback, no extra charge to book, and peace of mind knowing that you have an advocate/contact when you run into un-foreseen issues. Vivian provides exceptional service during booking, before departure, and during/after the trip as required. She is very helpful, has provided recommendations and tips when planning a trip, and manages expectations for a drama-free vacation. Its all about the details and knowing what you signed up for. We went to the designated meeting spot for transfer to the hotel. At almost 11:00 pm still no one arrived. The local support was only available during business hours. We reached out to Vivian to see if she could help us. She responded within minutes and said she will look into it! Five minutes later she explained what happened and provided instructions for getting to the hotel, which was far from the airport. We submitted our cab receipt to Vivian and were fully reimbursed. It’s good to have Vivian on your side! For the three trips we booked through Vivian, we had to contact her regarding an unforeseen issue each time. She always responded promptly and resolved issues to our satisfaction. We shared Vivian’s contact information with fellow Exoticca travellers and speak highly of her. We are from Canada. Fellow Canadian travellers are sometimes surprised our travel agent is located in the US. There are no borders for Vivian. She provides the same excellent service to all clients.
