Trish Auten made our vacation at Disney absolutely stress and worry free! We had the best time with our daughter, her husband and our first granddaughter! We are not a family who visits Disney/Universal on the regular, so I was very overwhelmed going into this trip knowing how much planning is involved. Trish answered EVERY question I had and gave me all sorts of advice on places to eat, places to sit for parades and fireworks, how much time to give ourselves to get to places, etc. I was able to navigate our day-to-day plans with ease and no stress thanks to her! Would absolutely recommend her to anyone needing help planning a trip! She booked places and packages that worked best for our family and broke the prices down for us so we could see where our money was going and how we were getting the best deals. She made sure we had everything we needed and extra tips in her emails, and checked on us during our trip and after. We’re very appreciative of all of her help!

Trish did an excellent job figuring out what we wanted and helping us to arrange that. She reserved adjoining rooms for us at the All Star Movie Resort and helped get our tickets and meal reservations.

When we first decided it was time to take our boys to Disney, I was overwhelmed with the options—from parks to hotel’s & resorts , it was too much! Trish helped us narrow down and select a resort that accommodated our family’s needs and wants! She helps guide us to which parks to visit with kids in our range that’s would keep them both entertained. Trish also provided guidance on airport transport, stroller rentals, restaurants, & grocery delivery. She was full of helpful tips & readily available to answer questions.
