Dj ALWAYS comes through with the BEST. She knows what I like, what I want, and NEVER disappoints. Our trip to Excellence El Carmen was nothing short of that. Everything was amazing. The trip, accommodations, and everything in between were 5-star. She made sure to have us a black SUV, priority and exclusive check in, and a suite some would dream to have. Not to mention, it was during spring break and she made sure to find us somewhere that did not include these breakers- somewhere where could unplug and relax. It was every bit of the most perfect vacation.

This was my 16 year old daughter and my very first cruise together, and it was absolutely fantastic from start to finish! We couldn't have asked for a better introduction to cruising. First off, a huge shout-out to our travel agent, DJ. She made the entire planning process stress-free and exciting. DJ was incredibly helpful, patient, and responsive every step of the way. She answered all our newbie questions (and there were a lot). She sent us timely updates leading up to the sailing—reminders about check-in, what to pack, onboard tips, and little extras that made us feel so taken care of. If you're thinking about your first cruise (or any cruise), I highly recommend working with DJ—she truly goes above and beyond! The cruise itself exceeded our expectations in every way. Embarkation was smooth and quick, the ship was beautiful and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Our cabin was comfortable and just right for the two of us. The food was delicious with plenty of variety— we loved trying new things at the main dining room, Windjammers, and grabbing casual bites during the day. We’ve even tried a couple of the specialty restaurants. The entertainment and activities for both of us were fun and exciting. My daughter really enjoyed the teenage social group. What made this trip truly special was that my daughter and I created such wonderful memories that should last a lifetime for both of us. I highly recommend our wonderful travel agent, DJ.

Mrs. ONeal was wonderful to work with planning this surprise anniversary trip for my wife a trip to Las Vegas has been a dream of my wifes for 20 years and with her help i was finally able to make it happen i havent done much traveling at all so I had so many questions and concerns and she was very helpful and informative with the hundreds of questions alot of which im sure were silly but she addressed them all i definitely couldn't have done it without her the trip itself was a great experience there were some hiccups along the way that were out of out of our control and hers but Mrs. ONeal was quick to act and got things fixed and back on track with just one text message we did have some unexpected issues while there and ended up not getting to do a few things that we had already prepaid for but that was no fault on mrs. ONeal at all those things were unexpected and unavoidable as well as on our part so overall im pleased with her services and already have and will continue to recommend her to family and friends thank you again and we will definitely be contacting you for our next trip

During all of our planning, from the vacation package, to the dining plans, lighting lanes, Halloween party to a wonderful vacation, DJ was the best! First full day she sent a goodie package with snacks that was wonderful. We didn't have any issues with any plans thanks to her!

there was so much we enjoyed the ship the food, the fun the sites that we saw in the New England states and also in Canada, any problem that we had or anything that we needed was took care of by Dj. She is awesome. I would use her again and again.

Overall wonderful experience. Loved seeing everything and stepped way out my comfort zone doing things I never expected to do in my life. We went helmet diving under the ocean seeing all the life from below. Swam with dolphins. I enjoyed the zip lines and underground river a lot but wish we would have saved it for the last day. It was physically exhausting and had us struggling to want explore our last day. Food and entertainment was wondering. We stayed at Xcaret resort

We LOVED Sandals Dunns River. Highly recommend adding club mobay for the airport experience. It made everything so easy! The ride from Montego Bay was around a hour and 45 minutes. I enjoyed the ride. We got to see a lot of Jamaica. It felt very safe! The food was amazing. This resort was so relaxing. I would not consider this a party resort, which we liked. The staff were so friendly and accommodating. Our room was very comfortable. I do recommend requesting a floor higher up if you want the best view! The resort had cute activities at night like fire shows or silent discos. I could not have asked for a better trip!

We had the most amazing time at all four theme parks. It was great having DJ worry about the hard part which was all the planning so that we can relax and look forward to the trip. We will definitely be booking with her again in the very near future!

We have three boys: 18, 13, and 1! We had the BEST time on this cruise and DJ made everything absolutely seamless! We have a type one diabetic son and she made sure we had notifications on our check-in for security, snacks, juice, fridge, sharps container, and internet! Our agent was very prompt in organizing and handling the details of our all-inclusive Honeymoon trip. Periodically she would send information and tips in preparation for the trip to ensure that we were well prepared. Our experience was very easy, and everything went very smoothly. We got to enjoy things that we normally don't do. Like eating lunch at The Leaky Cauldron and taking pictures and getting everyone a delicious ice-cream from Florean Fortescue’s Ice Cream. We never had to leave the resort but once to get food for the week and that was all the driving we did. Cabana Bay was so good and very clean. They have great pools and so many activities for kids and adults.
