Dj ALWAYS comes through with the BEST. She knows what I like, what I want, and NEVER disappoints. Our trip to Excellence El Carmen was nothing short of that. Everything was amazing. The trip, accommodations, and everything in between were 5-star. She made sure to have us a black SUV, priority and exclusive check in, and a suite some would dream to have. Not to mention, it was during spring break and she made sure to find us somewhere that did not include these breakers- somewhere where could unplug and relax. It was every bit of the most perfect vacation.

This was my 16 year old daughter and my very first cruise together, and it was absolutely fantastic from start to finish! We couldn't have asked for a better introduction to cruising. First off, a huge shout-out to our travel agent, DJ. She made the entire planning process stress-free and exciting. DJ was incredibly helpful, patient, and responsive every step of the way. She answered all our newbie questions (and there were a lot). She sent us timely updates leading up to the sailing—reminders about check-in, what to pack, onboard tips, and little extras that made us feel so taken care of. If you're thinking about your first cruise (or any cruise), I highly recommend working with DJ—she truly goes above and beyond! The cruise itself exceeded our expectations in every way. Embarkation was smooth and quick, the ship was beautiful and well-maintained, and the staff were friendly and attentive. Our cabin was comfortable and just right for the two of us. The food was delicious with plenty of variety— we loved trying new things at the main dining room, Windjammers, and grabbing casual bites during the day. We’ve even tried a couple of the specialty restaurants. The entertainment and activities for both of us were fun and exciting. My daughter really enjoyed the teenage social group. What made this trip truly special was that my daughter and I created such wonderful memories that should last a lifetime for both of us. I highly recommend our wonderful travel agent, DJ.

Had a great sisters cruise and DJ planned it for us. She was there every step of the way. From beginning to the end she was there every step of the way! She did an awesome job! I highly recommend!!!

It was so easy with DJ.She made our trip awesome she handle all the details I never knew i needed ! She even checked on me during our trip to make sure everything was as expected. Can't say enough about her she was awesome.
