HI! My name is Melanie Graf and i have been a Travel Agent since July 2022. I love to travel and i love helping people plan and book their trips.
I LOVE the Caribbean and especially All Inclusive Resorts! I first traveled with my husband and young boys to Beaches Turks and Caicos in 2012. We have been back 2 more times since then!
My husband and I starting visiting Sandals Resorts without kids a few years later and absolutely love them! We've been to Sandals Royal Bahamian, Sandals Montego Bay, Sandals Barbados and Sandals Antigua. We are scheduled to visit Sandals Grenada in 2026.
I love the Sandals/Beaches Brand because EVERYTHING is included. All the delicious restaurants, high shelf drinks and water activities (including snorkeling, kayaking, Hobie Kats, and even SCUBA, if you are certified!) Lock your wallets in the safe! No need to carry cash or credit cards with you when staying at these resorts!
I've also started Cruising since becoming a Travel Agent and have booked multiple cruises for Clients!
Disney and Universal Vacations are also something i do frequently and love to help plan!

Disney with littles!

We had such a great experience working with Melanie to plan our Disney trip for a group of 12, including several young kids! She was incredibly helpful in answering all of our questions about the different parks, park hopper vs. single park tickets, and how many park days made the most sense for our group. She also shared so many helpful tips and tricks for traveling to Disney with little ones, which made the trip so much smoother. She handled booking all of our tickets and was always quick to respond whenever we ran into questions or issues with the Disney app. We truly appreciated how timely, knowledgeable, and patient she was throughout the entire process. Highly recommend!

Fantastic family retreat!

We just had a wonderful multi generational retreat at Walt Disney World. We stayed on property at Port Orleans the French Quarter and the experience there set the standard for a complete and total magical experience. The facility was beautiful, the staff just above and beyond we felt like royalty. Of course the parks were the star of the show, the atmosphere, the shows and rides, and seeing 14 characters in one day! So many memories and can’t wait to go again.

Seamless last minute Cruise

I cannot say enough incredible things about Melanie! We reached out last minute hoping to book a 4-day cruise, and she went above and beyond. Even though she was literally leaving for her own cruise vacation, she dropped everything to help us and made the entire booking process seamless.
She didn’t stop there—she actually reached out to us a few times while she was still on her own cruise just to make sure everything was going smoothly for us. She even helped with transportation recommendations when ours unexpectedly fell through. That level of dedication and care is something you rarely find.
I usually book all our travel myself but was so glad I reached out to Melanie for help. Thanks to her, what could have been a stressful last-minute scramble turned into an amazing, worry-free getaway. We’ll absolutely be using her again. Highly recommend!
