Traveling Teacher Concierge - Jennifer Pitts

Mrs. Pitts is awesome! We had tons of questions and changes to our vacation. She handled everything greatly! She kept working with us to get the vacation we wanted and needed. We loved working with her so much, that are working on the second cruise vacation with her again!

This was our first time using a travel agency, thanks to Jennifer Pitts we had a wonderful experience, everything went smoothly and stress-free. She listened to everything we wanted for the trip, gave us recommendations and got us the best price. She was quick to answer any question we had. From our first conversation, Jennifer took great care to really listen to what we wanted from our vacation & presented options. If it didn't quite line up, she presented more options. The best part? Once we were all booked, we kept hearing from her! She checked in regularly to make sure we had our passports, air travel, hotels, excursions, and dining booked. She even checked in once we were on our trip to make sure things were going as they should. I just told Jennifer that I wanted to go to Alaska and do a land tour and a cruise. She sent me lots of options and price points. When I chose the tour I wanted she set everything up for us. EVERYTHING that was set up for us went without a hitch! She reminded me several times not to hesitate to contact her if there were any problems but it was all just perfect and we had a blast!!

Jennifer did an amazing job planning our Aruba trip from the beginning to the end. She made it such an easy, stress free experience. We appreciate all the tips, reminders and check ins. A trip to Alaska is definitely a bucket list trip requiring lots of planning. Jennifer did an excellent job planning the activities and excursions that were perfect for us. She took care of all the details and communicated with us every step of the way. I highly recommend using her as your travel agent.
