Logistical Masterclass: Coordinating arrivals from all over the country (including LAX, PHL, CLT, and Portland) is no small feat. They managed changing flight schedules without any hassles for us. 3.The "Above and Beyond" Factor: They arranged seamless, high-quality transportation through Lomas. For my mother’s 80th, they even surprised us with a limousine ride that made her feel like royalty. 4. Dining & Details: They spent time helping us sort out tricky dinner reservations for a large group and ensured our birthday celebration included a special cake and a perfectly timed table. 5. Preparation: Before we even left, we were provided with "tips and tricks" documents that answered questions we hadn't even thought to ask. We even arrived at our transport to find thoughtful welcome snacks and drink in agency bags waiting for us. Planning a trip for 13 people can be stressful, but we felt like we were in the best possible hands from start to finish.
