Booking our cruises with Brad is a no brainer. It takes all of the stress and coordination needed with larger group travel out of booking the trip ourselves. He is fabulous, communicative and addresses all of our needs and more!! We have booked multiple cruises with +15 people and he has been able to get our rooms booked together, dining altogether, added amenities and even discounts on excursions. There’s really no other way to travel.

This is the second time we have used Brad for booking a cruise. It was a pleasure working with him. He makes it so easy. We had a large group of friends and family and he got all our rooms booked together. We were all seated at the same dining table which can be a hassle to change later. Brad and I went to high school together in our small, rural hometown of Mt. Olive, IL so we have known each other for a long time. It wasn't until a couple of years ago that I even knew Brad was in the travel industry. I sent him a message on Facebook asking for some travel advice and help with using an Apple Vacations credit from a trip that had been postponed the previous year. He was able to rebook our travel credit and use it at the TRS Turquesa resort in Punta Cana. Brad was even able to upgrade our room to a jacuzzi terrace suite beachside. I booked a cruise through Royal Caribbean for my entire family, who booked separately through my recommendations. Some members had not traveled in many years and were not used to not having a travel agent. To try and streamline communication and ease everyones concerns, I thought working with a travel agent might be a good idea. I was referred to working with Brad Striegel and he was great to work with. He not only consolidated our bookings together but eased any anxiety other family members had of traveling again. He answered my questions right away and if he didn't know the answer he would work to get to the bottom of it quickly. We went on an incredible overseas vacation (the Riviera Maya in Mexico) and Brad lined up everything (flights, transfers, hotels, etc.) at the best possible price. We were planning our 25th wedding anniversary, and I immediately called Brad. My wife had a few different places she wanted to go, and Brad gave us several options at each location. We opted for Key West, and Brad took care of us! We stayed at Parrot Key Hotel. The best restaurant is A&B Lobster House - where we celebrated our anniversary night and received the royal treatment. A&B has the best Key Lime Pie! Go to Louie's Backyard and eat at the bar for the atmosphere, and to feel the breeze from the beach. For a unique experience try Blue Heaven. Go to Latitudes for a romantic lunch. Bel Mare is an awesome restaurant (next to A&B). Drive a two-seater boat across the ocean, anchor among the mangroves and snorkel. Take the pirate ship that serves tapas on a sunset cruise. Do not rent a car - you can take a taxi everywhere. Our next visit will include fishing and scuba diving.
