John was great! He helped me get everything set up initially and explained all the steps that would happen prior to my Viking River Cruise. As I got closer to my trip he helped me with questions I had about the process. I am so glad that I didn't have to navigate the process on my own. The trip itself was amazing and I was and did things I had dreamed about for years. I look forward to working with John again in the future and my daughter has already asked me for his information as she is thinking about her own cruise plans.
