If you are thinking about using SFR Travel, just do it. We used them for our wedding down in Tulum recently, and I am still amazed at how easy they made the whole thing. Honestly, the biggest lifesaver was how they took care of our guests. The idea of coordinating flights and hotels for all our family and friends was stressing me out, but SFR took over completely. They booked the flights, figured out the room blocks, and set up the airport shuttles so everyone got to the resort okay. Our guests were constantly reaching out to them with random questions, too. Whether someone needed to change a flight time, had a question about their passport, or just wanted to know what kind of clothes to pack, the SFR team answered every single email and call. I never had to play middleman or worry if my aunt got her flight sorted out. They handled it all with so much patience. They also absolutely nailed the actual wedding. They took care of every detail, so my partner and I actually got to hang out by the pool, drink margaritas, and enjoy the week with our friends.
