From start to finish Katie was helpful during the planning process. Every question was answered without hesitation (& there were many from me lol) I felt prepared & at ease with my trip.

Planning a trip to Disney can be very detailed and involved, especially these days and a lot has changed since my wife and I were last there 20-years ago! Knowing Katie's reputation for delivering great experiences, she was our first choice to plan a special experience for our family, the highlight being our 8-year old's first trip to WDW. Katie's knowledge of Disney is unmatched as the detail and recommendations she provided were spot-on . Her planning was simply exceptional. She was always accessible, responsive and even when we were in a tricky situation at the end of the trip when our flight was canceled she was extremely helpful when we had to drive home from FL to NJ, to the point where she provided recommendations on hotels along I-95 and offered help in making a reservation while we were driving. Katie has our fullest recommendation; her patience, expertise and approach to customer service are first-rate :)

My husband, 4 and 9 year old kids and I bit the budget-buster bullet and wanted to do Disney right. Katie, our Disney Travel Advisor, was invaluable and we didn't ending up spending as much as we thought we would and most importantly felt every penny we did spend was well worth it. Katie's amazing communication, organization, and wealth of knowledge prevented avoidable issues (ie didn't stand in 1 line, and no we didn't do a VIP tour of Disney) and literally made it the best trip ever. She even stepped in to help while we had to pivot a few times as we were there during hurricane Milton. Even a hurricane couldn't ruin the magic. From hotel and attraction strategy, to dinner and lightning lane registrations, our DTA was top notch. I would recommend her to anyone (and have) and we already are planning our next trip - I will never plan one without her :).

This is the second time we have had the pleasure of working with Katie for planning out vacation. She was incredibly helpful with trouble shooting a good location given we were planning last minute. Once we knew we were headed to the bahamas she helped faciliate the entire process and was incredbily responsive. She helped with everything from the hotel to helping find allergy friendly restauarants for our son. She also provided us with a ton of tips and tricks as far as getting around that were incredibly helpful. She truly is the best and really cares if you have a good experience
