Las Vegas Travel

We just returned from an unforgettable trip to Napa and Sonoma, all thanks to the incredible planning and support of our travel agent, Lysa. From the very beginning, Lysa went above and beyond to make sure every detail was perfect—she truly thought of everything. And she is so genuinely excited to plan the trip and is excited for you as her client every step of the way. Her knowledge of the area, attention to detail, and thoughtful recommendations made our trip seamless, relaxing, and so special. We didn’t have to worry about a thing, and that peace of mind made all the difference. Lysa is simply amazing, and we can't wait to work with her again on our next adventure!

wish I could give more than 5 stars for Lysa! she’s exceptional at what she does and I look forward to working with her again!

I truly don't have words for the service Lysa provides. I am a pretty frequent traveler and honestly, have never thought I needed help. BOY was I wrong. I will now never travel anywhere without Lysa by my side. NO one rivals her level of service, knowledge and professionalism and honestly, I'm sad that I didn't find her sooner. I have already queued up several more trips with her and sent everyone I know her way. I am just so thankful for all she does. The BEST thing you can do for yourself when planning a trip is to get Lysa on board. You can thank me later!

Lysa absolutely went over and beyond our expectations, to make our trip to Vegas, AMAZING!!

Lysa organized every aspect of my trip. My rental car was better than expected and waiting for my arrival. The hotels she picked were exactly my style and in perfect locations. She knows my likes and dislikes and goes out of her way to ensure I'm going to have a wonderful vacation. This was the second trip I've booked with Lysa and it will not be the last! Thank you for making my trip to see my family an absolute joy!

We enjoyed our many conversations and emails with Lysa as we worked together to plan our special trip to Italy. Lysa did an excellent job curating our multi-city Italian trip, which allowed us to have insightful, private tours of the many historic locations and museums we desired to visit. Lysa took care of every travel-related detail so we could be stress free. We very appreciate all of Lysa’s effort, care, and concern. Needless to say, we had a very memorable experience.

What an amazing time! Thank you to Lysa Stone for putting together such a magical experience!! Part of our vacation was on our own and we appreciated the care you provided for a rental car, an AMAZING villa, and all of the food and sightseeing recommendations. Everything was on point and fabulous!! The second portion was a 6 day tour and Lysa's attention to details made it easy to navigate. Our trip was full of memories we will cherish for a lifetime!! Thank you!!

Lysa planned a wonderfully organized and well thought out trip for us, based on our budget, dates and what experiences we wanted to have. She used her own personal travel knowledge of both London and Scotland to help book us in the best locations for hotels (close to transportation and dining options) as well as finding spots and tours with that "special touch." Our trip was truly one to remember! Thank you, Lysa and Off You Go, Then!

Lysa's knowledge of Portugal was a huge plus when she planned our trip to Portugal. She put together an itinerary based on the needs of our group with a variety of activites, including walking tours, wine tastings, a cooking class and excursions to nearby towns. The hotels were lovely and she also provided restaurant recommendations. Overall, Lysa was a pleasure to consult about this trip and the results were perfect.

We planned a last minute “bucket list” trip to stay in the over water bungalows in Mexico. We literally just needed to show up with Lysa. It was a huge stress release to know that Lysa was going to plan every aspect of this trip with precision. She even checked in several times when we were there to ensure all was taken care of.

Lysa planned a 5-day trip to Mexico City, and we had the most amazing time. It was so great to have her plan everything and not have to worry about logistics and reservations. When we said we wanted to go to a jazz club where the online reservation system was not amazing, Lysa called them directly to make sure we could get a booking. In particular, one of the tours she recommended that we would not have thought to go on was one of the funnest memories of the trip!

Our first time to Europe and we weren't even sure what we were doing. We could NOT have done it without Lysa. From the smallest tips, to help with transfers (plane, train, bus, you name it), to ideas for tours, to hotel and restaurant recommendations (and booking). I will never NOT book a trip with her again. This trip required so much preparation (we saw 11 countries in 23 days), and Lysa was there for every step. Always with "How can I help?" Amazing, amazing, amazing. If I could give her 100 stars, I would.

Lysa is a Rock Star! Her expertise, patience and knowledge is unmatched. She expertly handled planning a 23 day European vacation for 4 people. Her recommendations and insights saved us time and money! I highly recommend Lysa and can't wait to plan the next adventure!

Lysa is everything you would wish for in a travel agent. Not only is she responsive, but she is solutions driven. I had absolutely no doubt that I was extremely well taken care of, and that I could reach her if I needed her while on my trip.

I had asked if she knew anything about Wellness Spas and after asking a few probing questions (budget, goals, etc.), she immediately and enthusiastically suggested Rancho la Puerta. I was nervous about traveling to Mexico, but she put at ease right away.

Booking was simple, they were running a "summer special" at The Ranch, so she was able to get me a great deal and there was a bottle of wine waiting upon my arrival.

Between booking and my travel date, Lysa took care of information the resort needed, and kept me updated on an as-needed basis.

While there, I had a tiny issue with my room (there was nothing wrong with it; I just wanted something closer to the center). She was able to get it switched and a refund for the differen

When we first had a phone call with Lysa, we were blown away with her professionalism, candor, and thoughtfulness. For over a year, Lysa checked in with us, learned us as people, and clearly communicated updates. Once we were on the trip, I don’t think we realized how expertly Lysa planned our vacation. See, we were going big for our honeymoon: 3 weeks in Europe. Lysa had the wherewithal to intentionally plan days for us that were jam packed of sight seeing and experiences coupled with days that were restful. Probably our favorite example of this was when, around the middle of our trip, when we were getting pretty tired with packing and unpacking from city to city, Lysa knew to give us an apartment with a kitchenette and laundry. We didn’t even think to ask for that! But it was the best way for us to recharge! It was those little considerations alongside her knowledge to get us hotels right in the center of town and nearby public transit that makes her expertise an absolute asset.

Lysa was great in helping us plan our trip to Spain. She helped us choose great accommodations, planned our car rental, and planned out the different stages or legs of our trip. Where Lysa shined was that we were visiting friends who we haven't seen in years. When we started to spend time with them and their children, we made some changes to the trip on the fly. Lysa was able to help us cancel and book new accommodations as we wanted to stay in a few places for longer and shorter. It was super helpful that we didn't have to be on the phone trying to set things up while we were exploring with our friends!

I began working with Lysa about a year ago planning my trip to Scotland. This was a big deal to me as I’ve never travelled internationally solo. Lysa put together an itinerary that was absolutely perfect and easy to navigate for the solo traveler. I didn’t need to rent a car. Most hotels, train station(s) were within walking distance and perfectly located within close proximity to venues. She did all of the ‘footwork’, research and came up with fun things to do. I would 100% refer her to any and all for their travel plans and will be calling her for future trips. Thank you again Lysa for a most memorable trip. Cheers!

Lysa has been putting together our yearly trip for some time now, always anticipating the needs and wants of our fellow travelers. From booking fine hotels to handle reservations for memorable dinning experiences, to booking just the right tours and transfers, Lysa has excelled in customizing our itineraries to please everyone in our group of 5.

I so appreciated that she took care of planning everything including suggestiong great restaurants that I would enjoy!

I would HIGHLY recommend working with Lysa. We had basically two weeks to book a trip to Italy, which we've never been, and she was able to get a fabulous trip scheduled out to us within the week (hotels, transfers, trains, dinner ideas, fun things to do ideas, etc.). She also was very helpful even during our trip! She's the best and will definitely be using her again.

Lysa's recommendations for my trip to Ireland helped craft an incredible, unforgettable experience! It's great to have someone else handle the hard stuff so you can focus on the fun, and she does it very well.

Lysa helped me plan my trip to Portugal and every piece of it was great! Her help make everything go smoothy between multiple cities, and turned it into one of the best trips I've ever taken! I'll certainly have her help me in the future.

So simple and easy. Loved the access on line to all our plans excursions. Easy to reach before DURING and after our trip. Never used an advisor before but using Lysa was the best decision we made! Excellent value for services provided excursions all top notch. Highly highly recommend

Lysa was proactive and helpful at every stage of our planning! She had dozens of activities for us to choose from and was great at coordinating tickets in advance. I highly recommend seeking her out for your next vacation!

Lysa planned a wonderfully memorable and exciting trip to New York for Thanksgiving. She made sure everyone got to do something on their list. We saw the parade, the Rockettes, 2 great Broadway productions, tea at the plaza,, and several delicious dinners. She also did an excellent job with booking our hotel which was located near everything we did.

Lysa was absolutely amazing! Always available to us and planned us the perfect trip!

Lysa was great to work with! She's super responsive, helpful, and wants her clients to have a great experience on their trip!

Working with Lysa was a wonderful experience. She offered amazing suggestions. We had a larger group going and she was very patient as we hammered out the details of the trip. She was also super helpful when we had an excursion cancelled due to weather. I highly recommend working with Lysa. 10 out of 10!

She was right on meeting our needs of what we wanted! The trip was fantastic!!

As a Gen X'er, I am new to working with travel agents, but knew I needed professional help when I was planning a 6-week trip to Europe. She did a lot of legwork on this complicated, multigenerational trip, with contingencies for a chronically ill family member. She made the train trips convenient, found local hospitals, made sure the hotels were child-friendly, ensured reservations and bookings were cancellable, etc. We formed great memories for a lifetime and bonded because of Lysa's custom touch. She's the absolute best, and I would recommend her without hesitation. She's already booked a successful trip for a friend to Europe and another trip for me for my anniversary.

As a Gen X'er, I am new to working with travel agents, but knew I needed professional help when I was planning a 6-week trip to Europe. I wanted someone who was both experienced and with whom I could converse - someone who would "get" me quickly and be able to make pivots as needed. She did legwork on this multigenerational trip, with contingencies for a chronically ill family member. She made the train trips convenient, found local hospitals, made sure the hotels were child-friendly, ensured bookings were cancellable. When we opted not to take that trip, she helped cancel every last booking without penalty - even European rail tickets! When we told her we wanted to take another trip during that same time, she helped us explore many destinations, and then planned a TRIP OF A LIFETIME to Costa Rica. She's the absolute best, and I would recommend her without hesitation. She's already booked a successful trip for a friend to Europe and another trip for me for my anni

The best trip of our lives!
5 star customer service. Step by step!

Lysa is amazing.
Wonderful suggestions, always responsive and made our trip worry free.

Lysa was fantastic! She made everything very easy for us and we loved the itinerary that she sent us using the app Trip Plans.Lysa is knowledgeable, efficient, and extremely organized. We are looking forward to planning our next vacation with Lysa.

I have had a fabulous experience working with Lysa. I had read a raving revue on Facebook from an acquaintance about how fabulous their trip went due to Lysa. I was frustrated & behind in planning a Honeymoon to be followed up by a group family trip with multiple travelers to multiple countries and I had reached out to another agent who was not helpful. My first contact with Lysa was so positive and reassuring and filled with great ideas. The extensive planning and coordination by Lysa made all the difference in us having an amazing travel experience.

Lysa was amazing! She was so helpful with helping me plan my trip, especially in filling the gaps where I had already made plans and gave great advice. She also picked out the restaurant where I had my favorite dinner of the whole trip!

Working with Lysa was seamless and allowed us to have a great, stress free trip. She is extremely responsive both before and during the trip to help with any detail, big or small. She listened to what we wanted and delivered exactly that, with multiple ideas for meals/activities based on what we wanted. Was very helpful with logistics to make sure everything went smoothly. I never want to plan a trip without her again!

Above and beyond! Extremely helpful before the trip with planning and pricing, during the trip with changes and ideas, and available all the time for any and all questions. Could NOT be more pleased with Lysa's service.

Lysa was so helpful at planning our trip to Iceland. She sent an itinerary that was a great starting point for us to tweak to meet our travel style. We loved the hotels she suggested and activities she booked!

Lysa goes the extra mile to find detail and the specifics of what we want when we’re traveling. She goes deeper than just “go to this link and book it” - she talks to the hosts, gives them our wishes, negotiates prices, and suggests a few options.

Lysa has always suggested new locations and fun plans. I truly rely on her selections of where to go.

Lysa came to the rescue multiple times during the planning and execution of our trip. Not easy to deal with our group of 8 who all had their own agenda! She kept her head cool and even though there was a huge time difference from where she was and where we were, she came thru no matter what time of the day it was!

Lysa has planned all of our trips for many years; all over Europe as well as the US. We have done the most marvelous things, i.e. fabulous pasta making/wine drinking class in Rome, fantastic bnb in Tuscany, the most wonderful museums all over the world, shopping like you wouldn’t believe, and always the best restaurants. This Year it was Croatia, the most beautiful color blue in the world. She’s amazing at getting the best deals available on travel and accommodations. She sends the itinerary and I send a check!
