We had a wonderful trip. We will definitely be doing this again.

Right from the start we were provided with really nice options that fit our budget. After choosing a place to go on our honeymoon, Courtney handled the rest of it very smoothly and got us all set to go! Before we left, she reached out and confirmed all the information and even included some fun travel mugs! Courtney was available at all times to help if needed but everything was so well planned that we had no issues at all! Once we got to the resort, everything was perfect and exactly as it was described! Overall, Courtney planned an amazing experience for us that we will never forget!

Courtney was a huge help in planning our trip to Italy. She was helpful in everything from choosing which trip to take, to flights and personal transfers to our hotel. She coordinated all of our final information into one email so we would have that resource to look back on at any point. She was prompt in responding to our questions and sharing our excitement for our adventure!

Courtney was amazing to work with. I gave her loose guidelines to work with because I really didn't know what to ask for on our trip. She came up with a plan in a very timely matter. Then I started tweaking the plan. She always replied with a "no problem" Again this was always done in a very timely matter. In a few short days we had our trip all planned out. The airline tickets, the hotel, the rental car and the excursions. So nice to not have to worry about all the little details. Courntey took care of everything!

Courtney did a nice job handling our flight reservations through Allegiant and booking our rental van through Hertz. She also offered options for a place to stay, although we ended up booking our own Airbnb. The only issue that we encountered was that our lap child was not on our bookings when we arrived at the check-in counter when we departed and returned. Otherwise, everything went well, and we enjoyed our trip!

Our experience was phenomenal. Our resort was beautiful from our first step into the lobby to our chairs on the beach. The pool always had fun stuff for our kids to do and there were so many fun family activities at night. The restaurants food was super delicious and we barely had to wait to get in. There was always burgers hot dogs and fries and nachos available during the day and our kids loved that. The drinks were also great.

Had a great time here. Food, fun, drinks and games were all awesome. Couple windy days, but overall, a good time.

Courtney helped us in every way possible. We will definitely recommend her to our friends.

The resort was really nice and had everything that we looked for when we were booking a resort. Courtney made it easy and stress free for us!

Everything went well from the flights and transportation to and from the resort to the overall quality of Secrets. Food was far above average and just a very nice week on all levels. Special thanks to Courtney for helping us with the planning and we look forward to planning future trips with her.

Courtney does an amazing job in the planning process from start to finish. She's very courteous and was always on top of things. Highly recommend her. She did a great job managing 11 of us in a group. Our resort was a bit of a disappointment which was no fault of Courtney or the Travel Advantage. Despite it being out of her or the travel agency's control, Courtney has done a great job trying to "right the wrong". The Travel Advantage is an awesome place to book your vacation with and they ALWAYS have your back and look into the best options for what your looking for in a vacation.

This was a vacation planned with 4 couples who live in two different states. Courtney coordinated our travel and resort plans perfectly. She was responsive to our questions and concerns. She mailed us our travel itinerary a week prior to the trip which addressed all our questions. We enjoyed 7 days and 6 nights of beach relaxation, delicious food and drinks, fabulous sunsets, and fun with our friends. We would definitely ask Courtney to plan our next beach get away.

Courtney booked us a trip at the RIU Dunamar in Cancun! This resort was perfect for our group! It was the perfect for a relaxing vacation, but also offered a lot of entertainment on the resort! A few highlights for us were the amazing pools, close access to the ocean, and the waterslides! The resort was very clean and well taken care of! Courtney planned every detail of this trip, making it very enjoyable and stress free! We will return! :)

Wow, wow wow!! What a wonderful experience we had in Hawaii! A dream for many many years finally made possible with such a great deal we couldn't pass up. Courtney was wonderful setting everything up and answering all our questions. The Waikiki Beach Marriot Resort was wonderful as well. Great service and only a short distance from Waikiki Beach! Will be booking another trip soon.

We were a party of 10. Ages ran from 70 to 12. We traveled to Jamaica over the Christmas Holidays as it fit into everyone schedule the best. We have did this for the last three years and look forward to doing this again next year….destination undecided! We decided to fly out of Minneapolis as it was a direct flight. Our flight was scheduled to leave at 7:00 am. We started boarding at 9:00 am Everyone was excited to start this venture. Upon landing, it took forever to get through immunization line. Three of our party got right through, seven of us were flagged for some unknown reason. It took 1 1/2 hours. (All of us had submitted the forms and entered on line). Customs was a breeze. We stayed at an all inclusive resort, RIU. Eight of all stayed on the same floor, close to each other. (4th floor). The other two stayed on the 11th floor.. it would have nice, but didn’t create a problem. Our transportation from the airport to the resort was a bus. It took over an hour for

Our honeymoon at Sandals Resort in Nassau, Bahamas was truly magical, and a huge part of that is thanks to Courtney. From the very beginning, she was incredibly helpful, providing expert advice on the best room categories, dining options, and activities that would make our honeymoon special. Courtney even went above and beyond by recommending a butler service, which proved to be an absolute game-changer. Our butlers, Derrin and Chad, were exceptional. They not only ensured our every need was anticipated but also flawlessly organized all of our excursions, including an exhilarating ATV adventure. Thanks to Courtney's guidance and the outstanding service of Derrin and Chad, our honeymoon was an unforgettable experience. We highly recommend Courtney to any couple planning a trip to the Bahamas. You won't regret it!

To say that Courtney was helpful is one of the biggest understatements. Ranging from answering all the questions we threw at her, to all the information that she provided, to even providing us with the best deals...she was incredible to work with. She made every step of the experience so relaxing and relieving, and she worked FAST. She would have the information back to us within a day if we had questions. My wife and I don't have much experience travelling outside of the country, but if we were to travel again in the future, we'd specifically ask for Courtney to help us again.

It was my first time flying out of the country and Courtney made it all so easy! We knew we wanted to go to the Dominican, but had no idea where. Courtney had a great suggestion and we trusted her. It was a great time! When we had questions while we were there, Courtney responded very quickly and helped us out!

Courtney was amazing to work with! She helped us so much and answered all of our questions. We last minute had to change our destination, and she got it changed right away! We also were supposed to fly out during a blizzard, and she got our flights changed and our stay changed so we could still be there for a full week :) Our destination was amazing and would definitely go back! Our trip to St John USVI was wonderful. Courtney went above and beyond to help us make sure everything was going to run smoothly. We did not stay at a resort, so she had to do a lot more checking on things, such as rental car, ferry, etc. for us. We had a lot of questions right up until a few days before travel and she never once made us feel like we were burdening her. She answered all our questions in a friendly and timely manner.

Courtney was great to work with and followed up on all the questions and requests I had. Unfortunately, there was bad weather in the states so our flights got cancelled, 100% out of everyone's control and it was late on Saturday night when that happened for our 5:30am Sunday flight, but Amy Eben was able to get us new flights from a different airport Sunday morning so we could spend our full duration in Cancun. The weather was beautiful there and had an amazing time with the wife and our friends!

Riu Latino was just the place choice for our family. We joined in many activities by the pools and on the beach (ladder ball, aerobics, and others). We attended the the nightly shows (the Mariachi Band was my favorite). Wilbur made the best drinks poolside. Jehu made delicious drinks at the bar. The dinners that we had at the Italian restaurant and the steakhouse were all fabulous.

I had a wonderful experience with Courtney! This was my first time to Mexico and everything went so smooth thanks to her wonderful planning and expertise. It was very easy to reach her with any issues or concerns. I’ve never had a trip feel so easy and relaxing know I had everything covered! Courtney is a great travel agent and highly recommend her

Courtney helped plan the biggest event of our lives. She helped coordinate travel and transportation for family and friends (many who had never left the country). She was attentive to our needs and questions leading up to the trip and even while on vacation. She coordinated our joint bachelorette/bachelorette party on a catamaran that involved snorkeling, sightseeing, lunch, adventure, and an open bar!

Courtney help us plan a great girls trip! We had a great time from hanging out at the beach and pools to exploring an island! Everything went smoothly and we didn’t have to worry about booking anything! Courtney helps take any stress about planning the trip away and that allowed us to have a stress free get-away!

My husband and I recently went on a Caribbean cruise on the Norwegian Viva, and Courtney made the whole process very easy. Everything went smoothly from booking to the trip itself. Courtney was wonderful to work with. She communicated clearly, helped us get everything arranged, and followed up to make sure we were happy with everything. This was our fourth cruise and we had a great time. We really appreciate Courtney’s help and will definitely use her again for future cruises.

Overall it was a great trip! The resort was fantastic, the staff were excellent! In the future, we were a bit taken back by the fact that we had to pay extra for our luggage! On the return trip, the Amstar driver dropped us at the wrong gate, we then had to pay an additional $50 to get a ride to the correct gate. Next time, we will definitely use you again though, neither of the above things were under your control. We would also have chosen a child free resort and would like to explore options other than Mexico! Thank you for all of your help!!

Courtney is a stellar travel agent! She provided us with some popular options to select from with a wealth of pertinent information. We had a few hiccups with transportation in our trip & she was quick to solve them for us so that our trip was stress free. She went above & beyond for us. We would definitely recommend her help planning your adventure!

This was the first time we went to Key West and exactly what we were looking for. The resort was just far enough away from busy downtown to be relaxing with shuttle service that allowed us to be a part of it when we wanted to. The food was great wherever we went and there were many options for excursions.

the dominican is so beautiful and the resort we stayed at (majestic mirage) the people were very welcoming and helpful to us, we would definitely go again. courtney always recommends the nicest and best resorts. it was probably the nicest place i’ve stayed, especially with our sky view room:) even the husband wants to go again… and he doesn’t like to travel so that’s a plus?? thank you again courtney! can’t wait to plan the next trip:)

The Star Princess was awesome. I’m glad we had our son along to help us navigate the ship. The mini- suite we had was big enough to accommodate my scooter & Bob’s walker. The room we had was great. The flights left a lot of bad taste in our mouth but we will stop in & discuss that with you. But the Star Princess is a 5-star experience all the way around. Best ever.

Courtney did a great job booking trips, flights, hotel shuttle service for a large family trip. We had 22 people in our group and she did a great job booking our trip!

Overall this was a great family vacation. Courtney had her hands full trying to coordinate a trip for over 20 people! She navigated the somewhat expected bumps with professionalism and great courtesy. She kept us up to speed on any changes with our flights and shuttles to and from the airport/resort. I don't think the logistics of this trip could have been handled any better! We stayed at the RIU Bambu, which was pretty much what we expected at the price point. The food was a pretty typical all inclusive buffet style, a couple restaurants offered a la carte items, but nothing stood out as amazing. The beaches were beautiful, far superior to the beaches of the Yucatan peninsula in Mexico. The activities on the resort were fun, but could have used better organization. They just seemed to be scheduled sporadically and didn't really flow well. Entertainment was ok, the International Music show was done very well. In conclusion, this was a great trip and I look forward to planning another vacation with Courtney within the next year for sure!

Courtney with the travel advantage was great to work with and made the process so so easy. Secrets cap Cana was an amazing honeymoon or place for couples to be. The resort had a great vibe of calm if you wanted to just be at peace but enough things going on and people to talk to if you wanted to go sing karaoke or have a little extra fun. Highly recommend

When we began planning our getaway, we really did not know what we wanted to do or where we wanted to go. Courtney really helped us plan our trip from the beginning to the end. She gave us several options to choose from (which having so many choices was difficult). In the end, we went with sunshine, warmth and tropical breezes! Everything went smoothly and considering we flew out of 2 different airports and met in Dallas to fly out together, Courtney did a wonderful job of coordinating all of the details for us. We couldn't ask for anymore!
