Super Easy To Set Sail

Working with David was an absolute breeze. When I went on my first cruise last year, I decided to put a deposit down for a future cruise. When I knew what cruise I wanted to go on, David explained the process to me, how much I would have to pay, what benefits I would get with my deposit, and what other offers were available. One of the biggest things he helped me with was when the cruise line drastically cut its prices for my cruise. He explained that we could cancel the cruise and rebook it, and I would receive future travel credit that I would need to use within a year. I did not know that was something you could do. He also had a pre-cruise call with me and told me that if there were any issues during my voyage, I should let him know. After the cruise, I gave him feedback about the cruise itself, and he reminded me that I would need to choose another destination soon for my next cruise so I would not lose my future cruise credit.
David Carlson responded
"Thank you so much for sharing this thoughtful feedback. It was truly a pleasure helping you understand your options, take advantage of the price change, and make sure your future cruise credit does not go unused. I appreciate you trusting me with your cruise plans and look forward to helping you choose your next destination and get back onboard soon!"
