Super Easy To Set Sail

Working with David was an absolute breeze. When I went on my first cruise last year, I decided to put a deposit down for a future cruise. When I knew what cruise I wanted to go on, David explained the process to me, how much I would have to pay, what benefits I would get with my deposit, and what other offers were available. One of the biggest things he helped me with was when the cruise line drastically cut its prices for my cruise. He explained that we could cancel the cruise and rebook it, and I would receive future travel credit that I would need to use within a year. I did not know that was something you could do. He also had a pre-cruise call with me and told me that if there were any issues during my voyage, I should let him know. After the cruise, I gave him feedback about the cruise itself, and he reminded me that I would need to choose another destination soon for my next cruise so I would not lose my future cruise credit.

First time cruise a big success!

David was a wonderful partner for my family's vacation. I was traveling with my parents to celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary and my ten-year-old. A cruise seemed like the perfect idea for multiple generations looking to meet everyone's unique needs.
David found us convenient options and got us booked on the Carnival Elation. He was responsive to all of our questions and helpful for me, a first-time cruiser.
David went above and beyond in sending my family the kindest gifts, which we received when we arrived on the ship. My kiddo received a towel and stuffed animal, and my parents received an anniversary cake. This was such a thoughtful gesture; our hearts were full!
The cruise was a big success! Fun for the kiddo and relaxation for the adults. I look forward to working with David again.

He monitors price changes so you always get the best fare, handles all your documents including visas and luggage tags and makes sure you’re fully prepared without having to worry about what to do next.and did I mention that he booked my flight to Europe and my other flights when abroad.
He reviews all fees upfront, finds the perfect cabin to match your preferences and even tracks your ship at sea to make sure you’re safely on course.
Best yet, he surprises you with thoughtful gifts along the way and is available almost 24 hours a day, even while he’s cruising himself!
Truly outstanding service and surprisingly, he is such a rare individual for he does not charge any extra booking fees for the cruise, flights or other tasks. I know others that do.
