Heather suggested a Princess 11 Day cruise tour for us this past summer and it was perfect ! Denali National Park was a highlight and she added the meal plan on the land part which was stellar because the salmon bake was included and we loved it !! Heather booked us on a 14 night Celebrity Mediterranean cruise and it was awesome!! She got us hooked up a couple nights before in Rome at a beautiful resort and had private transfers waiting for us! Our River Cruise was a dream come true,! Heather picked a beautiful itinerary on Viking for a two week trip down the Rhine and we could not have loved it anymore than we did! We loved our balcony cabin, we loved all of the people on board and we had great weather because she suggested that we go in September, which was perfect! It wasn’t even that crowded! My dad took the family on a fantastic trip to Punta Cana. All 4 families were starting the travel from different places and meeting up at one location. Heather did a wonderful job organizing this trip for us. She was always on call if I had questions. We even had a plane not show up to the gate and she was immediately on the phone to find us another flight for the next day to get us to the island to join our family. Heather was easy to work with from start to finish of booking our trip. She communicated with us in a very timely manner. We missed our flight out of the country due to weather and were
not going to make our destination the same day. Heather helped us locate a flight to a different city and arranged private transportation to our resort so we were there

Working with Heather was great! Heather took care of all the heavy lifting for us when it came to flight/hotel selection for our 10-day stay in New Zealand! She answered all our questions and would update our trip itinerary as needed to ensure it captured all our trip highlights. Unfortunately there was a flight disruption with our trip when the airline suspended our direct flight due to the Boeing 787 Dreamliner but Heather was on top of it and got us rebooked on different flights with minimal disruption to our arrival and departure dates. With the change in flights, Heather arranged for us a Park and Fly since we now arrived at a later time. We still needed to figure out our parking situation at the airport so the Park and Fly solved two items for us! Overall, pleased with Heather's level of involvement and would definitely work with Heather on future trips!

First of all, thanks for all you did to provide a wonderful vacation for my family!!!! I want to provide some feedback. Not sure what format works best. My responses are in no particular order.

ROOMS/SAFETY
The resort is a l o n g distance from the road. We immediately felt safe. There were lots of staff always around and we never worried about the kids going off by themselves. We were immediately checked in and the process was seamless. The bellman took us to our room and was very informative. The layout of the resort is luxurious and convenient. Plenty of stairs, hallways, elevators, restrooms around the resort.
A definite PLUS were our bracelets used as a room keys. Light weight and fitted to our wrist, everyone always had a digital key to their room.
Rooms were spacious and matched the pictures/descriptions. Small guitars embroidered on the pillow cases were a nice touch.
Grounds lovely and well maintained.

My family of 7 booked 13 days in Ireland and the UK. Our flight was canceled and we missed 2 days of our trip. When we were unable to connect with our tour company, Heather was working for us at 4 am making contacts for us. Once we got going we experienced two very sub-par hotels. We purchased trip insurance but encountered numerous issues and delays with the insurance company (check was lost in the mail, delays due to war in Israel, wrong email used, etc.). Heather took screen shots of delays and made numerous calls and sent numerous emails in support of our claims. She hung in there until complete resolution of our claims and made sure we were adequately reimbursed. She is a gem to work with and I highly recommend her! She was a calm in the storm and provided great information and support. We loved Ireland and the UK and all of the bookings were spot on. We would use Heather again in a heartbeat!
