I wanted to sincerely thank Rene for such a wonderful travel experience. This cruise exceeded all expectations, and his guidance played a huge role in that. We were incredibly fortunate to see the Northern Lights seven times during the voyage — something we’ve since learned is quite unusual. Traveling north from Bergen to Alta, the cabin selected for us was absolutely perfect. Being on the starboard side meant we could view the lights directly from our balcony, and it allowed us to photograph them without even leaving our room. It was truly magical and something we will never forget. Beyond that, the communication throughout the entire planning process was excellent. Rene was always quick to answer our questions and made everything feel easy and well thought out from start to finish. We felt very well looked after. Highly recommend Rene as your top consultant! handled my transatlantic from SFO on QE2 to home; handled my panama transit from SFO and return; and my last trip to Mexico from beginning to end,....arrived home safe and sound from all trips, absolutely no "mess ups"! He has already booked my next cruise to Caribbean in six months from Ft. Lauderdale!!! returns phone calls almost immediately! and always most helpful and kind.

Rene is a wonderful resource for all of the many trips he has planned for us. He has a great network of people he can ask if we have questions about a specific cruise line, a ship, a port and even an excursion. And of course which cabin to have on any ship. He always responds to us right away and if for some reason he’s not available there is always somebody in his office who does.
