Best of all, he's there when you need him. During a Universal trip, my son and I had an issue at our hotel. I called Adam, and he immediately got it resolved. Knowing he is just a phone call away takes so much stress out of traveling. Adam is also full of great advice. He'll help you choose the best resort, decide whether Express Passes are worth it, recommend restaurants, and share tips to make your trip even better. Adam doesn't just handle Universal trips. Adam has helped us book our amazing trip to Disneyland in California! My sister and I recommend Adam to everyone. Save yourself from stress.
