Theme Parks and Ocean/River Cruising Specialist

Adam has helped us a couple of times! The next trip we take I will be asking for his help. He is very professional and so easy to talk to. I feel like I can ask him anything. He is always quick to get back to me. He has helped my family so much! I have never met him but I feel like I know him. I am so happy we found him.

Adam helped us plan our last two trips to Florida. First to Disney, then a last minute trip to Universal. He was great and answered all of my questions! It made traveling so relaxing and easy! I will always reach out to Adam when traveling!

First of all, to understand why Adam is so great, you have to understand what he's working with! I'm a control freak and a huge Universal fanatic. I also have a family of six, so booking a trip with me is never simple. I usually send Adam a long list of ideas about where to stay, when to go, and what we want to do. I change my mind a lot! Sometimes I even ask for pricing on "wish I could go" trips. I always apologize, but somehow he keeps taking me back! ?? No matter how many ideas I throw at him, Adam stays calm, listens, and usually comes back with an even better plan than I imagined. He responds quickly, gives you options, and works hard to save you money. One of my favorite things is that you can book months in advance and make payments over time. Even after booking, Adam continues to monitor prices, and if they drop, your trip price drops too. Adam can handle everything—flights, transportation, hotels, tickets, dining reservations, and even stroller rentals. We love Halloween Horror Nights, and he has helped us book both event tickets and hotel stays. After booking, Adam sends a folder with all your travel information and his contact details. Best of all, he's there when you need him. During a Universal trip, my son and I had an issue at our hotel. I called Adam, and he immediately got it resolved. Knowing he is just a phone call away takes so much stress out of traveling. Adam is also full of great advice. He'll help you choose the best resort, decide whether Express Passes are worth it, recommend restaurants, and share tips to make your trip even better. Adam doesn't just handle Universal trips. Adam has helped us book our amazing trip to Disneyland in California! My sister and I recommend Adam to everyone. Save yourself from stress. If you want someone knowledgeable, responsive, and someone that truly wants to make your vacation amazing, Adam is the best!

We’ve booked two Disney World trips with Adam, and he has been great to work with both times. He makes the whole process so easy and takes a lot of the stress out of planning. From booking our resort and tickets to helping answer questions along the way, he handles everything for us. What we appreciate most is how responsive and helpful he is. Anytime we have a question or want to make a change, he is quick to help and always makes sure everything is taken care of. It allows us to focus on getting excited about our trip instead of worrying about the details. We highly recommend Adam to anyone planning a Disney vacation. We will definitely continue using him for our future trips!

Adam has been the best travel agent. Whenever I have a question he has very quick to respond and is so extremely helpful in helping me find better deals for my trip.
