Chris Russo went from a name I was recommended to a name that my husband & I were singing all honeymoon long! “That Chris Russo did it again!” From the first email to the last day of our honeymoon, Chris was over-the-top responsive, friendly, efficient, & gracious. Working with Chris was like working with a great friend just as interested as I was in making the whole experience flow magically. He found every type of tour we had hoped for & sent options to choose from at different costs and experience levels to turn hopes into reality! He found & booked our flights & seats, hotels, transfers, tours, and even made dinner reservations for us! When we arrived, we had nothing to do but enjoy smooth sailing adventures! He was our pocket concierge wherever we were- both before and during our trip. My husband and I will treasure our honeymoon adventures for the rest of our lives, and we will continue to sing Chris Russo’s name to anyone looking to see their dream trip become a reality!

Chris spent a lot of time with our group listening to our needs and wishes, and then he set about (over)delivering everything! We had perfect and perfectly located villa, comfortable transportation with friendly and accommodating drivers, and several tours in cities with the most knowledgable and flexible guides. I wouldn't change a thing!

I would recommend Chris for all of your travel needs! He booked hotels, trains and excursions for the 6 days I was in Italy. He was knowledgeable about the kind of places I had wanted to see and booked the perfect tours. While in Rome the taxi drivers were on strike and I could get to one of the tours and I was able to contact him early in the morning and he got the time changed so I could make it .

I have tried to engage a Travel Agent on a couple of different occasions. Without success. My business was too small for them, they referred me to a different site or agency, or they didn't follow through. From the beginning, Chris was NONE of those. Chris had a hard job in that we didn't really know what we wanted or where we wanted to go. We just knew we wanted to go. Chris designed a tentative travel plan for us, told us to take a look and make suggestion, revisions or rejections. We did all of those. He was patient, excited about our suggestions, and continued to act like ours was the only trip he was working on. It was all about us!!!! Chris is very knowledgeable about Italy and suggested some of his favorite locations and activities. We were quick to listen and take those suggestions and were very glad we did. At one point in the trip we were at one of his favorite suggestions and I asked him to cancel the rest of the trip, because I wanted to stay. (My way of telling him I loved it and I hope I can go back there again someday.) He told me later that he would have been happy (not sure about that) to cancel the rest of my trip, if that's what I really wanted. I didn't. Before the trip, in a phone call with Chris going over the logistics of the trip, he asked us if we were excited. I said I was nervous about catching all those trains, being in the right place for all those excursions and food tours. Chris assured us that he would be there for us. And he was. He continued to help us navigate all of that. Thanks, Chris for a great trip. I truly feel like I experienced a "See the World" sort of trip. I could never have done this on my own. Many, many memories. Hope to travel with you again someday. Soon.

Chris was the best agent anyone could ask for. From the moment we started planning this trip I knew I was in good hands. Chris listened and made suggestions all along the way. His attention to detail was above and beyond. The hotels, the transfers, tours etc were all amazing. If you needed anything he responded immediately. I would recommend Chris to anyone.
