Alicia planned every detail of our 23 day adventure that took us to Ireland, UK, France, Spain and Portugal. She arranged for drivers, guides, hotels and a cruise. It was the trip of a lifetime and it went flawlessly. Love the attention to detail and follow-through on all our requests.

Alicia was very easy to work with. We changed our itinerary a few times while in the planning process and Alicia was helpful in accommodating our adjustments. The hotels she planned for us were excellent! We had one “absolute must do” that we told her we wanted to do on our trip and she recognized that it needed to be booked early and made sure we did not miss out on it!

Alicia was amazing from our first introduction call to follow up text about our trip. She was so knowledgeable about not only WDW but what specifically our family would enjoy. She tailored her suggestions to make sure we had a great trip and the whole family had a wonderful time. She was also patient with us and our goals as they shifted and it always felt like her sugestions were about making sure that we made the best trip possible. And it was. My partner was totally amazed about how much Alicia's pre trip help really elevated a great trip into the best family trip ever. I honestly don’t know how Alicia did everything!!! She made our trip amazing. It all went so smoothly and any of the tiniest hiccups we had (not bc of her), she had rectified before I could blink. My kids had the best time of their lives at the happiest place on earth and that is because we had the best travel agent on earth. I would recommend her to anyone who wants to travel. I am so thankful that I booked our Disney trip with Supercali-Vacations & Travel. Alicia Motta Culp was very helpful with booking our room and tickets. She gave great tips on rides, food options and itinerary in general. I had a ton of questions, and she was very helpful with answering everything I needed! She was quick to respond and available to chat when I needed. She was very knowledgeable about Disney and has been enough times to give lots of real experiences and recommendations. She also helped us get our Memory Maker and when I had technical problems, she helped us get it fixed and everything downloaded. She scheduled a scooter for us to rent for my mother which was an excellent idea!! I feel like there is so much more I could mention about her service for our trip because she offered us quite a bit of help! This was the vacation of a lifetime and I'm so thankful for her insights and experience! I would highly recommend her as a travel agent!

Alicia was knowledgeable and prepared. She answered all my questions and made suggestions to improve my experience.

She arranged the most amazing bucket list trip to "Jade Mountain Resort" in St. Lucia. We were picked up at the airport and every part of our trip was personalized. She even arranged for them to have diet tonic water in the room. Nobody on the island had heard of it. They had it shipped in special.

Alicia took care of all our planning needs for our Disney trip in January for me, my husband and sons ages 3 and 4. After initially booking us based on our request she did some extra digging and found us a newer resort on the property and saved us thousands of dollars. Alicia was constantly up every morning looking at dining options for us and booking what we would like. This was the easiest trip we could have imagined with 2 toddlers and when we arrived at our resort she had personalized touches waiting for us! I recommend her to everyone and we all love how much time she puts into making our vacations perfect!! This was our third trip she has planned for us and definitely not the last!

From our first contact with Alicia 10 months ago to our departure from Disney, she was there to provide support and guidance. From the initial booking of our rooms, changes to our hotel and getting our rooms upgraded, linking our tickets, park reservations, payment options, etc, Alicia went above and beyond. She sent us numerous videos, tips, ride and dining recommendations before our trip to make our time there as efficient as possible. Our party texted her many times during the four days at Disney and she helped with scheduling and Lightning Lane reservations and even got us on a ride that we could not book. Following her advice, we rode every ride and saw every show that we planned plus many that weren’t on our list. We certainly would not have been able to do it all without her! She helped make precious memories for our family and we will always remember the smiles on our grandchildren’s (ages 3 and 6) faces. We would highly recommend her. Thank you, Alicia!
