Our trip to Italy was seamless with Roseann’s planning. Every night, we would check the app to determine where and what time the fun was scheduled to begin the following day. Roseann‘s attention to detail was second to none. From the chauffeur at Rome’s airport, to the small group tours in Florence, Rome and the Vatican, we felt the personal touch of someone who cares and wants her clients to have a wonderful experience. We also cooked two days in Florence with an Italian chef. We have since purchased a few pasta making tools and have made spaghetti and cavatelli at home.
Roseann, thank you again for everything. Can’t wait for the next trip!

I have worked with Roseann for many years. She has planned trips to all over the world for St. Anthony Parish as well as personal travel for my family. She is knowledgeable, dependable, reliable, detail minded, but most of all, she works hard so that each trip is perfect and each client receives white glove care. She can also handle any emergency that arises....one of my groups was in Israel when Covid initially hit. Everyone got home safely, some of us on the last plane out of Tel Aviv. Sea sick client on a river cruise? She was able to get an upgraded room so they were comfortable. So many examples over the years of great care and going above and beyond. Roseann is the consummate professional with a heart for her clients.
