Sue Ellen is the consumete professional in the travel business!! She booked a Disney East Bound Transatlantic cruise for us, reserving the cabin of our choice. Deposit, details, etc were all taken care of quickly and cheerfully. Unfortunately a health issue intervened on our travel.. One message to Sue Ellen and all was taken care of! Deposit refunded, no penalties, and done with care and concern for us. We will most definitely book with Sue Ellen again in the future!!!!!

Sue is both knowledgeable and patient which are two things I value in a travel agent. No matter how many questions or requests she is there to help and guide.
We take several cruises a year, mainly Disney, and she is there every step of the way for anything we need. I have even contacted her while on board with issues. When we went on our 11-night Mediterranean cruise she helped us book it all from plane, hotel and anything else. She was a valuable asset to the success of our trip.

Many amazing Disney vacations

From the first Disney vacation Sue Ellen helped me with, I knew I wouldn't be going to anyone else for travel planning. She got us all the possible discounts, answered all my questions promptly, and gave us great advice when we weren't completely sure what we wanted. When we decided to try a Disney cruise, Sue Ellen guided us through the process and we had a fabulous time. It was so good, we asked her to arrange 2 more Disney cruises.
She isn't limited to Disney either. She helped arrange my trips to England, Ireland, and Italy. Sue Ellen is very quick to respond whenever I have anxiety about changes, documents, last minute questions...
She always checked in after my vacations to see how it went.

I just love SueEllen! SueEllen takes the necessary time to get to know her clients needs and wants. Then she goes above and beyond that to suggest things that her clients would never have thought of on their own or may have forgotten. SueEllen gets back to her clients in a timely manner when questions arise. And for me the biggest thing is her first hand travel knowledge and experience. My family had planned a Disney vacation which included a visit to the park and a cruise. Then tragedy struck our family. I lost my 13 year old daughter. My family are "Disney" freaks, so we decided to take the vacation. SueEllen knew how much my kid had wanted to do the backstage tour at WDW but wasn't old enough. So I did the tour in honor of my her, and thanks to SueEllen's magic, there was a name tag and souvenir for my daughter. There were more surprises on board the ship.What could have been a disaster went as smooth as "buttah".

Great New Years Eve cruise

Even though we live in Florida, we use Sue Ellen and her agency for all our travel plans. We have found that we get better service from them, than we do from any of the local agencies that we have tried.
Every question or concern has been handled quickly and correctly.
Prefer Sue Ellen to anyone else we have used for cruising out of Port Canaveral, even though we are an hour from the port and she is in CA.
