My husband and I traveled to St Lucia and had an amazing week staying at the Sandals Resort (Grand Saint Lucian). While my husband has jumped out of air crafts for most of his life, I experienced my first helicopter ride from the airport to the island. The views were absolutely stunning. We enjoyed a day of zip lining through the rain forest. What a RUSH! Most of all we enjoyed all the food and just soaking up the sun on the beautiful beach. Each time we use Live a Little Travel, Alicia Cooper, and her vast knowledge of resources, she shines! This is our 4th time using her for a Disneyworld resort/parks trip, and she did not disappoint. She was able to help us prepare with dates, payments, options of dining, and best use of our budget for lightening lanes, and pacing. Her own personal travel to locations such as Disney, their resorts, and dining options helps give her more than just a "paper-knowledge" of travel, but a hands-on, "here's what I would do" wisdom.

We were not sure what to expect going into this trip with being so close to Hurricane Melissa, but we were so happy we didn't cancel our vacation. She gave us options to guarantee we enjoyed our vacation even if it needed to be moved to a different date or location. We followed our resorts Facebook fan page and made the choice to continue with our trip. Absolutely zero regrets!! Getting through the Jamaican airport was a breeze. The people of Jamaica were so grateful for choosing their country to vacation. The resort was beautiful, pools were all open, beach was clear and clean, drinks strong, food was above average, the staff was very upbeat, lots of night entertainment along with daytime fun. This hotel is more of a "party" resort but there are also plenty of areas that are not "party". We upgraded to the oceanfront room and that was a must! The views were amazing. I have already been looking into an all inclusive vacation to take our 2 kids on with us!!

Alicia and I have never physically met but I have used her for 5+ trips over the years, because she's wonderful. Always quick to respond, has insights to properties and can make suggestions based on what we're looking for. Her information is always very detailed and helpful when traveling. The Grand Princess was a very nice ship. Lots to do on board and the crew were lovely. The food at sit down dinners and buffet was just “meh”. Frequently overcooked and unappetizing. Breakfast, desserts and coffee were great. The poolside pizza was the star of the show and poolside grill was close 2nd

We dont take many vacations. We decided to do a trip to celebrate college and high school graduation. What made it even better was upgrading to Preferred Club. We were treated like Royalty. Alicia took care of everything from completing the etickets for international travel to making our checked bags reservations. I have terrible travel anxiety and Alicia made all that go away with everything she did. Highly recommend using her for your next trip. I know we will!

Alicia helped us book hotels in two different areas in California. We explored the Napa Valley area first and then traveled to Yosemite National Park and Sequoia National Park. Both locations were close to the areas we wanted to explore. We especially enjoyed the reservation near Yosemite and would recommend it to others. We had a wonderful time on our trip. First, knowing you had everything organized took the pressures off of us and if we did have a problem we new we could call you for help. Stopping for 3 days in San Diego was great, the zoo was the best, and we didn't have to worry about missing our flight to Hawaii on Friday, if the weather had been bad in Chicago. I highly recommend cruising the islands with Norwegian. We saw 4 different islands and didnt waste time checking in and out of hotels and running to airports. We had a great experience with Alicia at Live A Little Travel in Elpaso, Il. She planned two big trips for us this summer. One trip was in July, a week in California with our 14 yr old grandsons. She arranged flights, perfect accommodations for us according to our itinerary, and a rental car that got us where we needed to be. We went to baseball games in Anaheim, Los Angeles and San Diego along with Disney Land, the beach and fun activities in between.
In August we flew to New York for a week with 4 teenage boys for another baseball game, sightseeing, 911 Memorial, Times Square, shopping, etc. We then took Amtrak to Toronto, Canada for another baseball game. We then flew out of Toronto for home.

Alicia was super easy to work with and very patient as we made SEVERAL changes to our itinerary! All accomodations, plane and train reservations and several tours that she recomended were all amazing!

We had a group of 8 couples looking for the perfect "friends" trip when we reached out to Alicia. From the start, she could not have been more accommodating and quick to respond to all of our questions. Alicia provided our group with a number of options that fit our price range, and when we picked a resort that was still under construction leading up to our trip, she regularly provided updates and alternatives in case construction wasn't complete. Fortunately, our resort was ready by the time of our arrival and we had an absolutely amazing trip. Our trip required several types of transportation from the plane we arrived on, to the airport shuttle to a dock, and eventually our boat ride to the resort. Each stage went as planed, and our group knew what to expect which diminished much of the stress of traveling. Alicia was very excited about the Impressions Isla Mujeres by Secrets resort we picked, and it truly lived up to our expectations.

Alicia was super knowledgeable! When trying to find a place for our family (and three other families), she made the suggestion for us to go to Dreams Flora in the Dominican Republic. She planned our entire trip for us including our flight and the resort it went great. We met with her a couple weeks before to go over our itinerary where she made suggestions for when we were at the resort. When we had questions, she was quick to answer them. It was nice to be able to meet with someone in person but she did give us the option to have everything sent over email if we couldn't meet in person.
