I have been certified with almost every cruise line you have heard of (and probably a few you haven't :-) ). But besides the classroom, over the course of my lifetime, I have cumulatively spent about 2+ years at sea, on most every class of ship, on most of the cruise lines, in a wide range of cabins, to all continents. To me, I think it is very important be able to say I have 'been there, done that'. I love to match people with the cruise lines and ships that best fit them personally.
I have also hosted group cruises across the Atlantic and Pacific. I have even arranged for on-board weddings and family reunions.

MAKING THE IMPOSSIBLE POSSIBLE

his past year, I was trying to get a last minute booking on a fully booked transatlantic crossing from New York City to Southampton, England on the Queen Mary 2, as an anniversary trip in commemoration of one my family and i had taken in 1990 aboard the Queen Elizabeth 2, and was told that all the cabins were sold out. in spite of that situation, Darrel Pinson contacted Cunard for me and was able to secure the last cabin available for my daughter and i, which i will be forever grateful for. i highly recommend Darrel's services as a travel agent who made the impossible possible.

Best First Cruise Ever!

Darrel Pinson was amazing to work with, he was very helpful and friendly. He always answered our questions and helped us through the process of preparing for our trip. It was my wife's and I first cruise ever and Darrel helped every second of the way, from finding the cruise that best suited our needs/wants, booking the cruise, scheduling flights. Fabulous Trip!

Darrel Pinson knows was very helpful and knowledgeable. He was there to help at anytime trip. When I had a question, he walked me through what I needed to do. He went above and beyond for us. He saved us a lot of time and stress and we were able to have a wonderful trip! For example, he had us fill out our form online for Mexico which saved us a lot of time and frustration that we watched others experience. I recommend Darrell Pinson to everyone. Traveling was fabulous with Darrell as our Travel Agent!
