Our family always uses Chelsey when booking family vacations so when all of our extended family decided to take a Disney cruise to Mexico, calling on Chelsey was a no brainer. Chelsey organized all 14 of us getting the cabins we needed based on family size and budget, made sure we were close to one another on the ship, and answered several questions from all family members. She was also wonderful about communicating safety protocols, booking excursions and meal reservations. We will always use Chelsey when booking travel. Her attention to detail and willingness to go above and beyond for her clients makes her one of the best in the business. Thank you!

Chelsey is amazing!! She helped us navigate planning a Walt Disney World trip from hotel to the new Genie + system. She was on top of all of the changes that were happening due to Covid and kept us up to date. Chelsey has also helped us re-book a Disney cruise that was canceled due to covid. It has been amazing having someone in our corner to help us navigate all the details and changes.

The idea of planning a trip to Disney for my children seemed overwhelming. From deciding which hotel to stay at, transportation, to which special events to attend, and a million decisions in between...Chelsey was there for guidance. She graciously spent multiple hours on the phone with me giving me guidance and advice. She made the overwhelming task of planning a week-long adventure with small children into smaller do-able decisions. I would absolutely recommend Chelsey to be your travel planner!
