The Trip of a Lifetime — Thanks to Theresa! ????

Theresa and Travel Sense planned an absolutely incredible trip to Greece for us, and I cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience working with her.
From Athens to Mykonos, Naxos, and Santorini, there were SO many moving pieces - hotels, ferries, transfers, tours, rental cars, dinner reservations, and all the little details that go into a multi-stop international trip. Theresa handled everything beautifully. We were able to simply enjoy Greece knowing that the logistics had been thoughtfully planned for us.
What I appreciated most was how well she listened to what we wanted from this trip. Our accommodations were beautiful, our private tours were fantastic, and some of the experiences she helped arrange became absolute highlights of our vacation. It felt like our itinerary was designed specifically for us rather than pulled from a standard package.
Travel doesn't always go exactly according to plan, and that is when having a great travel advisor really matters. Theresa was responsive, reassuring, and helpful whenever we had a question or needed assistance along the way. It was such a comfort knowing we had someone back home looking out for us.
This was a very special trip for my husband and me, and we came home with memories we will treasure forever. Theresa played a huge part in making that happen.
We are already talking to her about where we should go next - which is probably the best recommendation I can give!
Thank you, Theresa, for giving us such an amazing Greek adventure. ??????
Theresa Toomey responded
"Thank you Andrea for your kind words. It was a pleasure working with you and Chris. The itinerary alone was fantastic and exciting to plan for you! I am thrilled to hear you came home with many highlights and memories to last a lifetime. You are more than welcome, and I am so glad you had the best Greek adventure! I am excited to start planning your next adventure with you :). "

This was a once in a lifetime trip!
Reviewed By Theresa Toomey - Jacksonville, Florida | Traveled to Cancun | Quintana Roo | Mexico
Theresa was professional in every aspect of the trip. We had a group of eleven ladies. She made each one of us a personal emergency bag with bandaids, antacids, headache medications, scrunchies for our hair, mints, gum, bug spray etc to welcome us. My friend and I were celebrating our 65th birthdays and she has roses, strawberries, balloons and champagne sent to our room. She made reservations every night for dinner, helped to get us great areas around the pool daily. One day it rained so she let us know Rainy day activities and we all met and had a great time even though we had to change original plans. Truly made us feel like we were the only clients on her radar. One thing she did for me personally was give us a pool side spa treatment she has scheduled to help me find an item I had misplaced. When I realized I had misplaced it she directed me to a way a help locate my item and I went on my way merrily hoping to find it never thinking of her coming to help me. In just a few minutes here she comes and it wasn't until after we found my item that I later found out what she gave up. She never lost her patience with me, never mentioned what she was missing to be there and help me. Her concern was helping me. That is going above and beyond and for someone she had only met a few days earlier. She is committed to excellence and I would recommend her to anyone looking for an agent to assist them with any travel needs.
Theresa Toomey responded
"Donna ~ Thank you for your kind words and review. I only want to ever service each client to the best of my ability...and I am so glad you felt that. I am so glad I met you and look forward to the next time I get to see you! Thank you! Theresa "

I just got back from a girls trip to Mexico! The trip was planned on very short notice and if we did not have Theresa we likely would have had to miss our annual girls trip due to poor planning on our end. We got to relax and party and eat some of the best resort food I have had. We felt safe in the shuttles she booked for us and had the best time. Everything came in under budget. She is going to be booking all our vacations moving forward.

Theresa has booked several trips for us. The last one was an exceptional Alaskan cruise. Before that she booked a wonderful vacation on a Mississippi River Cruise. That booking was a bit complicated with arriving in Memphis, boarding the boat then cruising to New Orleans. And then flying home from New Orleans. And we needed a hotel, for one night in Memphis when we arrived. We truly appreciated Theresa’s expertise and help!
Theresa did a fantastic job on both of our cruises. The travel arrangements were perfect. Smooth and well planned. She sent us all of the needed paperwork and gave us detailed information on times and locations.
Theresa kept in touch and answered all of our questions thoroughly and in a timely manner. She is very detail oriented and made sure our trips were relaxing and fun.
We couldn’t be more pleased. We recommend her highly,
