My relationship with Alicia predates her being a Travel Agent. I've actually had several friends get into this business over the years, but I was never compelled to work with them. I was a do-it-myself kind of traveler. Then, as often happens, some questions came up that were beyond my personal knowledge. I reached out to Alicia and was immediately impressed. She wasn't just someone searching for cruise fares or booking flights... she was passionate, literally studying the ins-and-outs of the industry. If she didn't have an answer to a question, you could be sure that she would find one in no time. We decided to get her help to book a cruise and were blown away with how much support she gave us. From making modifications and requests, to sitting on hold for hours to argue for upgrades or onboard credit, to sending helpful hints and reminders along the way... it felt like we had our own personal travel concierge! I'm still quite self-sufficient for some aspects of travel, but Alicia will gladly work with me for the parts where I come up short. She has access to insights and deals that have enabled vacations I could never have worked out on my own. She is phenomenal at her job and really does give it her all to make every trip as great as it can be! There was a time when I didn't care to have a Travel Agent... but now, I couldn't imagine not having Alicia in control!

We had the BEST experience with Alicia as we traveled to San Sebastián Spain. She handled all of the details so seamlessly based on what we were looking for and was incredibly knowledgeable on other fun experiences we could do as well. The trip was incredible and we enjoyed the beaches, tapas tour, a cooking class, and Alicia’s location for the hotel was absolutely perfect. The flights were perfectly planned and everything was in our app. So thankful she planned all the details as we didn’t have to worry about anything! I’ve already recommended her to a few friends and am using her for upcoming trips!

Alicia planned our family trip to Disney World for our son’s fifth birthday. It was magical! After Disney, we were supposed to go visit family, but plans changed and we were left with four days of nothing to do in Florida. While we were at Disney Alicia worked her magic and booked us a trip to Universal! We didn’t have to do a thing, we enjoyed our time at Disney and trusted her to do what she does best… Our family had the time of their lives at Universal thanks to her!
