Tatyana was the most kind and patient I have ever worked with. She was super communicative and went above and beyond for my needs to be met. I had a credit card issue upon purchasing and was worried about it after contacting the cruise company myself and she made sure they made the necessary changes in a timely manner. Additionally, upon requesting a certain room feel and idea, she made sure to provide that while meeting all my other needs. Even while on the cruise ship, Tatyana reached out to make sure we had everything we needed and felt comfortable. I really like her attention to detail, from scheduling transportation to a from the cruise to reminding me what to pack, I felt very prepared for my trip and did not have anything to complain about regarding her and her service. For the price paid, I had an amazing experience and visited 3 new countries that I haven’t visited! I LOVVVVVVVED IT!

We had a very complex group with 27 different itineraries of international travelers joining us for an event in the US. I can't even imagine how we would have made it all work without Tatyana's help! She was such a great communicator, responsive, helpful, and flexible when we had to make ongoing changes to booked flights due to changes in the traveler's itineraries.
