Suzanne gets an A+ for this vacation experience. Our trip was truly magical!! I have some physical limitations and my son is a special needs adult. Suzanne provided for all our needs. Our room at the lovely French Quarter was on the first floor and close to transportation and food court. My scooter was waiting for me when I arrived. We already had our magic bands and meal reservations , and fast passes,in place before we

Be aware of crowds & cutbacks

Always handy & friendly, working w/her is the good part. Volunteering at Run Disney Marathon at Disney World, I was surprised that not only have prices gone up, they don't even offer coffee anymore. Also before noon, they'd run out of food except for PBJ for our "free lunch" w/every 7hr shift. Some after me didn't even get that, no food left! Parks were beautiful as always, some C'mas décor still up & gorgeous. Sure miss when things weren't so generic tho, pens, stationery, annual passes, all look exactly the same. Look forward to Universal Studios w/Suzanne's planning next mo! :D

Easy first trip to Mexico

Suzanne was super helpful in helping us decide which Cancun area resort to visit on spring break with our two elementary school daughters. We absolutely loved this resort. Not really adult only but it was fine for us. It was gorgeous. Food was good. We saw our best show there!! Michael Jackson show. I would recommend it to others. If they are looking for adult only this is not the resort for them. Shanna's husband did get sick eating sushi off the buffet. Pretty sure it was food poisoning.

We just returned from our week long family Disney trip. We had a great time. We stayed on Disney property at a moderate level resort, travelled to all 4 parks, had many character meals, visited Disney springs and so much more! I cannot recommend Suzanne enough! She made sure our entire trip was planned out just the way we wanted and went the extra mile to help me get even the finest of details planned. She’s so responsive to emails, that even the days in the parks when I had questions, I sent her emails and she responded so quickly that I was able to get our real time questions answered so we could go about our day! My husband and I went to Sandals Dunn River Falls in Jamacia for a 7 day trip. Suzanne was a huge help right from the start! From booking flights and coordinating with the resort she made it flawless. We had a delayed flight (due to the airlines) and what could have made the trip less enjoyable, Suzanne jumped right in to help saving the whole vacation! We knew we were in good hands with her helping us get the logistics sorted out. She worked behind the scenes communicating with Sandals and with us so that we all knew what was going on. Once we got to the resort, IT WAS BEAUTIFUL! Dunn River Falls for Sandals is a newly renovated resort and you can tell, stunning for sure. The staff there was wonderful and the food was delicious. They had plenty of activities to do if you wanted to be busy or you could relax to the sound of the ocean. We can't wait to go back!

From beginning to end, our DisneyWorld trip was truly magical! It had been several years since my brother & I had been able to travel and Suzanne’s attention to detail made everything run smoothly. Suzanne was referred to us from a good friend that has used her to book their cruises over the past few years. She was very helpful in recommending the best cabin available based on location on the ship in regards to "smoothest sailing" type of room, away from the elevator, etc. After we booked the cruise and during the few months before the trip, I called and emailed a few times as questions would come up. Anyone who has gone on vacation, particularly to Disney, know how exhausting and daunting it can be. The little details are always what get you. Working to Suzanne makes this process seamless. This is my second trip to Disney and I worked with her on both occasions. I've changed property several times, added people going, removed people, and last year we has changes to dining reservations while on vacation and Suzanne makes all these changes so easily that it didn't even cause a hiccup at all while on vacation. She's so knowledgeable on on the events, rides, dining and experiences that she is able to help make recommendations and explains the entire process. Even after the trip is over she's there to help with pictures and such afterwards. She is knowledgeable, polite, responds quickly, patient (and you have to have a lot of that with me and and trip), and has always gotten me the best possible deal. I highly recommend her to anyone. A perfect last minute trip

We'd worked w/ Suzanne two years ago on a Disney Cruise that went off wonderfully and reached back out to her in late Jan to plan an early spring Caribbean cruise for mom, dad and two young daughters. She got us whittled down to three good options but then my wife asked about any January dates (it was COLD here). Suzanne came up w/ a cruise out of Puerto Rico that was surprisingly available and a good bit cheaper than what we'd been looking at (recent hurricanes probably scared off some travelers). I found some good last minute airfares and Suzanne in 24hrs pulled all the Disney details together.
My wife and I aren't usually that spontaneous but knowing Suzanne would take all the Disney work off our hands made us comfortable going for it. We ended up seeing beautiful southern Caribbean islands like St Lucia and Aruba instead of the basic Cozumel trip we expected, we missed some snow back home and we came out a few dollars ahead.

We would not use any other agent to plan our Disney vacations!! Suzanne planned our Walt Disneyworld vacation (4 years ago) and our Disney cruise (last year), this was our first time for either. I completely trust Suzanne so we went with all the things she suggested to us. I know it sounds cliche but our trip to Disneyworld was magical. We have three children and I think my husband and I had as much fun as they did. The whole experience was amazing and so relaxing! As for our cruise, I don't even know how to put into words how amazing it was. The trip was over six months ago and two of my children still talk regularly to friends they met on the ship. My sixteen year old daughter talks everyday to a boy she met on the ship. He lives in Florida and we live in Ohio! We will be having Suzanne plan another cruise for us before my daughter turns eighteen next year so she can still go in the club for her age! From the start of our planning until we actually went on our trips, Suzanne was with us every step of the way. She answered any questions we had and made sure we packed all we needed for each one. It's overwhelming when you want to book a Disney cruise, and you don't know where to start. I was randomly connected to Suzanne when booking our first cruise; I was so pleased with her knowledge, patience and her follow up that I knew if we were to book again, it would only be through her. (We booked a second cruise with Suzanne two years later.) Suzanne took the time to answer all of my questions (and trust me, there were many!), and she also gave me things I would not have thought to consider. We are first time Disney people. I can't even imagine now that we have been there that we would have been able to make this experience as magical. She was amazing! This is our second trip that she has planned. As usual I did not have to do a thing. For a year she becomes my answer board. As we are getting on the bus the man at the hotel luggage who was not the best and probably about 18 told us that our grandsons light saber would have to be thrown away because we would not be able to get it on the plane. Our 9 year old had paid his own money and it was the only thing he brought back. I immediately called Suzanne and she gave me the answer I needed. As we got off the bus the information lady met us and assured us we would get that on board. Suzanne is wonderful!

Suzanne was most helpful with our Disney plans. We had a party of 20 and she made all reservations for us and was very timely with any responses we requested. She gave us suggestions for different Disney activities that we might like as a group. We had the dining plan and she made dining reservations for us. We are planning another Disney trip and Suzanne has made our reservations again. We would highly recommend her and several friends have also used her for their reservations.

No need to explain how stressful planning a spring break trip is...in particular with kids to disney! Suzanne kept me on track with all trip details/requirements, getting restaurant reservations and entertainment booked ahead of time to avoid wait time, and explaining how those crazy bracelets worked! Which may I add...were fantastic once I "got it"??
