Always handy & friendly, working w/her is the good part. Volunteering at Run Disney Marathon at Disney World, I was surprised that not only have prices gone up, they don't even offer coffee anymore. Also before noon, they'd run out of food except for PBJ for our "free lunch" w/every 7hr shift. Some after me didn't even get that, no food left! Parks were beautiful as always, some C'mas décor still up & gorgeous. Sure miss when things weren't so generic tho, pens, stationery, annual passes, all look exactly the same. Look forward to Universal Studios w/Suzanne's planning next mo! :D

Great trip overall. Even though this was a Greek cruise line, based in Athens and only ten years old, Suzanne did a great job dealing Celestyal. She helped us get the verandah room we wanted, transfers, packages, and trip insurance.

We absolutely loved this resort. Not really adult only but it was fine for us. It was gorgeous. Food was good. We saw our best show there!! Michael Jackson show. I would recommend it to others. If they are looking for adult only this is not the resort for them. Shanna's husband did get sick eating sushi off the buffet. Pretty sure it was food poisoning.

My husband and I went to Sandals Dunn River Falls in Jamacia for a 7 day trip. Suzanne was a huge help right from the start! From booking flights and coordinating with the resort she made it flawless. We had a delayed flight (due to the airlines) and what could have made the trip less enjoyable, Suzanne jumped right in to help saving the whole vacation! We knew we were in good hands with her helping us get the logistics sorted out. She worked behind the scenes communicating with Sandals and with us so that we all knew what was going on. Once we got to the resort, IT WAS BEAUTIFUL! Dunn River Falls for Sandals is a newly renovated resort and you can tell, stunning for sure. The staff there was wonderful and the food was delicious. They had plenty of activities to do if you wanted to be busy or you could relax to the sound of the ocean. We can't wait to go back!
