For instance, I have booked cooking lessons at a family home in South Africa, mud baths in Fiji and fishing excursions off the coast of Australia. • I make sure that my clients get this best value for their vacation. For example, I always watch the promotions offered by the company that I used to book the vacation and work with the supplier so they can get the promotions even after initial booking.

It is so important to me that my clients thoroughly enjoy their travel experiences. I want them to feel confident and secure with the itineraries that I have planned for them, so they can fully relax while they are away. My travelers know that I am available to them, and that I will help them with anything should something unexpected occur. Most recently, I had a client whose financial information was stolen while he was in Australia and all of his travel funds were drained. I made sure that he was taken care of while he was away, and we sorted out the details when he came home.
