From the moment I started with a simple idea for a family trip, Dayanara worked with me providing several appealing options in our budget for flights, hotels, and activities. She listened to what I said and could read between the lines to guess what I would need. She took the interest of all of us (husband, children, and me) to make sure there was something for everyone. She researched everything before presenting suggestions. She worked hard, was very accessible, and very approachable. She made me feel comfortable from start to finish. The other great thing was that she was very honest and would let me know if something that may have sounded like a good idea would turn out to be problematic. I would highly recommend this travel agent. I have used her expertise more than once (Paris, London, Disney, Bahamas). She has also helped with cruises!
