Planning a destination wedding could have been overwhelming, but thanks to Lyndsey, it was the complete opposite. She handled everything from hotel rooms, flights, and all transportation for our 20 guests so seamlessly that I never once felt stressed. I didn’t have to chase down guests or send constant reminders because she stayed on top of every detail. She made sure everyone was booked on time, answered every question, and truly took care of it all. She also helped communicate with the wedding coordinators at the hotel, which made the entire planning process so much smoother. I was able to actually enjoy the process and focus on our wedding instead of logistics. If you’re planning a destination event, I cannot recommend her enough. We had the most magical trip! We knew it would be great, but we were blown away by the experience. We had not been to Disney in over a decade, and never with kids, so to say we were overwhelmed would be an understatement. Lyndsey made everything so easy and broke everything down into segments. We loved our experience and loved the resort. The property was very well maintained and very spread out. It never felt crowded at any time and the parking lot was always full of cars. Great access to amenities like kayaking, biking/ running the pedestrian bridge. Great access to get into the car and explore other parts of the Florida keys. Resort restaurants were great and everything you need is right on site. Staff was very transparent with billing at the check-in/ checkout. Weather was perfect 75 and sunny our entire stay. Would love to go back next year!

Despite Winter Storm Fern, Lyndsey helped make our trip happen. Calling ahead on our behalf while we were in the air and making sure that everything was set up on the ground, ready when we arrived. She was thoughtful and so kind during a super stressful travel weekend!

We recently returned from our honeymoon at Secrets Playa Blanca Costa Mujeres, and we couldn’t be happier with how everything turned out. From start to finish, the entire experience was seamless and stress free. The airport transfers were smooth and perfectly coordinated, which made traveling in an unfamiliar country much more comfortable. What truly stood out, though, was the resort recommendation. We decided to go to Disney World with a week’s notice for our first time with two toddlers. Lyndsey didn't bat an eye and helped us execute our trip with patience.
