We just returned from the most incredible trip to Xcaret Arte, and it wouldn’t have been the same without Christina from Sandsational! From the very beginning, Christina was extremely communicative, always available to answer our questions, and so knowledgeable about every detail of the resort and activities. She truly went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect for us. Xcaret Arte itself is absolutely stunning—every detail of the resort feels like a work of art, and the service is exceptional. From the gorgeous rooms to the amazing food and endless activities, it was a dream vacation. Thanks to Christina’s expert recommendations, we got to fully enjoy everything the resort had to offer. If you’re planning a trip, look no further than Sandsational and Christina. She made our dream vacation a reality!

We recently had the pleasure of working with Christina, our amazing travel agent, and she made our first trip to Cancun an unforgettable experience! She helped coordinate everything for my family of four, my brother’s family of three, and our parents—making sure all our needs were met, despite our group’s wide age range (from 3 to 56 years old). From finding affordable flights and booking our accommodations with payment options to arranging seamless airport transportation, Christina took care of every detail. She even helped us secure tickets for nearby excursions, which turned out to be some of the highlights of our trip! The resort shows were spectacular every evening, providing the perfect way for the whole family to wind down. And the kids? They couldn’t get enough of the room service—it was a huge hit! Christina’s expertise, attention to detail, and genuine care for our group’s experience exceeded all my expectations. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with her again for future adventures. If you’re looking for someone who will go above and beyond to ensure your trip is smooth and stress-free, Christina is the travel agent for you!

Christina with Sandsational Travel was so amazing to work with! She is so sweet and easy to talk to. We had a travel group of 7 and we had to make a lot of changes and adjustments through out the planning process and she was so kind and patient with us. She built us a great itinerary that helped us get the most out of our stay. We plan to book our Jamaica trip with her as well!

Christina from Sandsational Travel helped us plan our family vacation at Xcaret Arte. Our group consisted of 8 family members ranging from 25-70. Every interaction with Christina was pleasant and positive. Christina was very patient and worked with us for several months trying to figure out the best time for our family to travel together. She provided us plenty of information, several guides and recommendations on things to do. Christina helped us plan each guest’s wish list and made all of our reservations. Her expertise and experience with the Xcaret Hotels and Parks made our trip a breeze and we didn’t have to think twice about anything. Overall we had a wonderful family vacation and everyone wished we could have stayed longer. I would highly recommend Christina if you are wanting to plan a vacation to Xcaret Hotels & Parks!

We were able to enjoy the perfect vacation/Anniversary trip because of Christina's planning and help. She curated the ideal itinerary for our needs and wants and we can't thank her enough. We are already thinking about our next trip to Hotel Arte and will reach out for her expertise and assistance. She makes a vacation easy!!!

Highly recommend Sandsational Travel LLC. Christina, from the very beginning to end of our trip was attentive and helpful. She was able to provide us with tips to make the most of our trip. She handled all bookings and reservations, and also gave lots of recommendations on restaurants and activities. We are looking forward to working with Christina on our future endeavors!

Christina did an amazing job in coordinating our family vacation. We could not have done it with out her. The trip was for 16 family members ranging in ages from 72 yrs old to 1 yr old and the trip was planned in a way that worked for all of us. everything from the payment process to the app with the trip information made it easy to focus on enjoying the trip. We will be using Sandsational travel for next years trip and I will recommend it to friends and family. We also appreciated her checking in to assure all went as planned, Christina loves what she does and truely takes care of her customers.

Christina planned our family trip for 6 to Xcaret Mexico in Aug 2025 for 6 nights. We had 2 teenagers with us and was able to do the kids stay free promotion. Christina was extremely thorough, patient and very detailed. It was our first time at Xcaret and she took the stress out of all the planning. She understood our needs and was accommodating to our schedules and time difference when we needed to have trip planning meetings. The trip was for a 16 birthday and the birthday girl wanted a sweet 16 photo shoot on the resort Christina put us in touch with the photographer was able to work it into our itinerary and organized every single trip detail from flight check in reminders to every meal suggestion and reservations, every park activity even photo shoot day. She gave us so much information about the resort things we would not know on our own so many hidden gems. If we booked on our own we would have been on that resort like chickens without our heads sooo much to do going there for your first time I highly recommend Sandsational Travel Agency. We fell in love with the resort and everything it has to offer for all age groups. We can’t wait to go back and will definitely be using Sandsational Travels for future trips. Hopefully a Europe trip in the near future ????.Christina has my complete trust she is confident in her skills and knowledge. She treated us like family and was so easy to work with she has a great personality. P.s my crazy sister in law still keeps in contact with her to this day lol

We used Christina to assist with our 2 week honeymoon at Xcaret Arte. It was my first time traveling but Christina’s work truly reduced so much of my first time travel nerves. She helped with booking and reservations both at the Xcaret properties and while we were downtown Playa Del Carmen. The itinerary she drafted for us was a perfect mix of activities and relaxing. She’s great at making a realistic itinerary that matches your needs. Which is important at the Xcaret properties because there’s so much to do, you can easily overwhelm yourself with activities. She also provided super useful guides for all xcaret properties which had details for the parks, and some for the surrounding cities. Christina is very knowledgeable about what she does, very attentive to your needs, and INCREDIBLY kind. I highly recommend Sandsational Travel/ Christina, even if you are a seasoned traveler! We will definitely be using her for a future Europe trip!

Christina is an incredible travel advisor! 10/10—She provides a high-touch personalized service to plan an Xcaret vacation. My wife and I met with her multiple times over 8 months to plan our 5-night mom-and-dad vacation at Xcaret Arte. She listened to our every like/dislike and created an itinerary that we quite frankly would not have been able to curate on our own. Every restaurant recommendation, excursion recommendation, and general tip about the property was spot on! We had a wonderful trip that included the perfect balance of spa, hotel exploration, fantastic food, time at the pool, and park days. I highly recommend Sandsational Travel for all things Xcaret!

Christina assisted us in planning the destination wedding of our dreams and we couldn’t have done it without her!!! She was so helpful in helping us pick a venue that fit our needs, setting up the contract and coordinating the room block all of which removed so much stress from us! She went above and beyond and made us feel so special! Our guests all felt so supported and she was available for anything they asked and needed, multiple guests raved about her! I highly recommend her services and in fact some of our wedding attendees have suggested she plan a future group trip for us! Thanks Christina!!! ??

Christina was very helpful in booking out vacation and was readily available when issues came up. I Highly recommend her.

This was my first time working with a travel agent, and I honestly can’t imagine planning a trip any other way now. My partner and I had already done a lot of research and knew we wanted to go to Xcaret Arte, but I was still a little nervous about who to book with and what the process would be like. I found Christina on TikTok, and from the very beginning, everything felt smooth and easy. I’m usually the one who handles all the planning and coordination, so having Christina take that on made the entire experience so much more enjoyable. During our initial consultation, she asked thoughtful questions that really helped tailor everything to what we were looking for. Once we put down the deposit, everything just flowed seamlessly. I came in with a pretty clear itinerary and ideas of what we wanted to do, and she was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout. There were even a couple of things my partner and I were considering skipping, but she encouraged us to keep them in mind, and I’m so glad we listened because those ended up being some of the highlights of our trip. From airport transportation to hotel transitions to excursion recommendations, everything was handled so well. We also really appreciated being able to reach out to her while we were traveling if we had any questions. She was always kind, responsive, and supportive. We’ve already been recommending Christina to our friends and family, and we’re already thinking about where we want to go next just so we can work with her again. Her knowledge, attention to detail, and overall experience made this trip unforgettable. We truly couldn’t recommend her enough!

Christina was amazing and flexible with the entire trip! She accommodated every wants and made them possible. I loved the different budgets she tailored to make sure I was within my budget. Was very attentive, attention to detail and easy going making us feel comfortable for the entire process and welcome to ask any questions. She was EXTRA informative with everything. Will definitely be recommending to others ??!

Our 10 year anniversary trip to Xcaret was almost a bust, because I had waited too long to begin planning. About 2 months before our anniversary, I happened to stumble across one of Sandsational Travel’s TikToks of Xcaret and decided to reach out. From the very first phone call with Christina, I felt certain that she could handle all of the details of this trip. She listened to all of my wants and needs and made them happen! It was the trip of a lifetime! I had never been so well prepared for a trip with so little preparation on my part! She did all of the work and sent us so many valuable tips and guides, which resulted in every single detail in our proposed itinerary going off without a hitch! I couldn’t have asked for a more amazing and care free vacation! She even left my reluctant-to-travel husband excited for our next trip! I recommend Sandsational Travel whole heartedly! You won’t regret letting Christina plan your next vacation!

loved loved Xcaret -Mexico!! I do not think I could ever stay at another place in Mexico again. Not only is it a beautifully designed family friendly resort, the sense of feeling safe to pampering of room service, excellent bar tenders and kindness of all the people working there is unbeatable, yummy food at every restaurant (my favorite was Xin-Gio) and the all inclusive excursions hands down makes it an overall amazing, over the top irreplaceable experience.

Thank you for being there for us we could not of done it without your guidance and planning Christina! Because of your well put together itinerary each day went smoothly so I could relax and enjoy!!

Christina is so sweet and helpful in planning my last trip! My friends and I went to Xcaret and had an amazing time!! The itinerary was so helpful and relieved the stress of figuring out what to do. Had the best birthday trip! Can’t wait to go back!

The whole process with Christina was top notch! She has amazing communication and there was never a time where I texted her and she didn’t not respond! She was always there when I had something I was worried about or any questions which helped a lot since it was my second time traveling internationally and I was extremely nervous about it. I’m an itinerary type of person and she made an itinerary for us and mailed it to us along with a Starbucks gift card which I loved! Everything was a breeze from the moment we got there to the moment we left and we will be forever grateful for that. If you EVER get the chance to stay at Xcaret Arte, don’t think twice just DO IT! The views are truly everything and it’s VERY clean! Will definitely continuing using sandsational travel again! :)

We booked a trip to Xcaret Arte, in Playa De Carmen. We contacted Christina for assistance with itinerary planning. And she was awesome. It was so nice to pass that responsibility to somebody as competent and timely as Christina. She was also there for us the entire time to handle questions and deal with travel logistics. Christina gave us the best experience. She is very knowledgeable and helpful with everything that I wanted to know and learn about our trip. Planning my trip was a very smooth process because of Christina!!

Christina was extremely knowledgeable regarding the resort I stayed at. She made a helpful guide, slideshows and an itinerary that made my time convenient and enjoyable. We have used Sandsational Travel for some of our recent getaways and we are so happy with the service that we have received from Christina. Taking the time to do the things that take me forever when booking car rentals, hotels, etc… trying to find the deals, comparing, everything that takes forever to do and gets confusing. It takes her no time, she really knows her stuff and is very accommodating and personable.
I love all of the information she puts up
about travel, so much information, that you would never even think of.
We highly recommend Sandsational for big travels and even quick getaways, we will always use them.
Thank you Christina, for always taking care of us and giving us the best service.
You’re top notch!!!
Can’t wait for our next trip, maybe Costa Rica.

Christina is the perfect person to use to book your travel accommodations. She has such a passion for planning trips and has already helped me book a couple of getaways. It’s so much easier than trying to book on my own.
My xcaret trip was so incredible and I didn’t miss a thing because of how well she planned everything.

This was my first time using a travel agent and now I don’t want to travel any other way. There is so much ease when everything is planned out for you. Christina planned every small detail, including a reminder to pack my passport. Xcaret is a beautiful resort that includes so many excursions with your stay. I went to Xenses and Xenotes and both were magical and fun. Highly recommend using Sandsational Travel to plan your next vacation so you can indulge in all fun and relaxation with zero stress.

I found Cristina on TikTok and since the very first conversation with her, she was lovely to work with; our vacation was last minute and she truly made us a priority. We had a great experience in Hotel Xcaret Arye & her itinerary worked very well for us, she’s also very personable and made it seem like she truly cared. I look forward to working with her in the future for vacations, and 100% recommend her!! You won’t regret it.

Christina went above & beyond answering all our questions and planning our honeymoon to Xcaret Arte, Mexico. Her expertise allowed us to enjoy The Fives Oceanfront our first night of arrival before Xcaret (which we absolutely want to return to also), private transportation, and of course all the best parts of Xcaret (especially the excursions). We without a doubt would have been lost without her and will be using her again in the future!
