Group travel planning requires someone that has a tremendous amount of experience. 

Group travel is nearly impossible to book online. There are too many complexities and with my experience, I will help you avoid the issues that drive group travel coordinators crazy. I would love to help you plan your group travel whether it be clubs, friends, corporate, church, or even destination weddings.

Since 2007, we have planned and managed more than 700 travel groups and counting!  To put that in perspective, we have managed everything for more than 20,000 guests.  Today, we manage an average of 60 groups per year (be it cruise or land), and have 5-Star reviews across the board here, on TripAdvisor, Google, and more.  On my website alone, you can browse through over 1,000 rave reviews from happy group travel guests over the years.

Group planning is not for the faint of heart.  Many agents love the idea because it is lucrative for them.  What many do not realize is that planning group travel and making it go off flawlessly is significantly more difficult than planning traditional travel.  The variables in dealing with groups are endless, and the details all need to match perfectly, from the earliest planning stages to after the group travel experience has ended.

So when you look for someone to handle a group for you, consider that almost everyone says they are an “expert.”  The question is, what is that backed by?

When you look for who will take care of your needs, you will find people with all kinds of different accolades, and it may become confusing.  There are travel agents that can have all sorts of credentials.  The next level up would be a travel agency.  Agents and Agencies rely on wholesalers (often called DMC - Destination Management Company) and actual operators (Tour Companies and Cruise Lines).  Our company is a DMC and an Operator, which puts us much closer to the actual source of what many of our guests look to achieve.

All of this really matters when you plan a group cruise, whether it is for a family reunion, a corporate meeting/incentive cruise, an affinity group cruise, or chartering an entire ship.

• A dedicated website for the group itinerary with the ability for group members to chat, ask questions, etc.
• A downloadable smartphone app for all members of your group with all itineraries, confirmation numbers, travel documents, and much more. If you have special events on the cruise, these will be accessible in the app, and alerts can be set, group members can chat, etc.
• Complete payment management for all group members (including spreading payments over time)
• Dedicated hosts on a cruise for larger groups to take care of all of your needs
• Private managed Facebook Group or dedicated Online Forum for the group
• Management of any air, transfers, shore excursions, and special experiences during the cruise.
• Kick-off meetings between our team and your group (live or webinar, depending on group size and location)

We Have Your Group Leader’s Back:

Cruise lines and tour operators offer special credits to companies that organize group travel, and many agencies take this as an additional profit incentive.  Instead, we will accrue 100% of those credits to apply to you.  This means that the more guests you have in your group, the more people can travel at no cost.   While it depends on the cruise line, in general, for every 8 rooms you book and pay for in full, one person can travel for free at a fare that is the average of all booked staterooms.  Keep in mind, that since rooms are double occupancy, this would mean that if you book 16 staterooms, you would get the 17th room for two people at no charge.

As noted earlier, we are a DMC and a tour operator.  We have a full team in Italy, Portugal and Croatia that operate some of the most epic and experiential tours and events you will ever find.  If your group cruise will touch Italy, Portugal or Croatia in any way, we can not only arrange but directly offer everything from shore excursions to weddings in Tuscan vineyards… A huge party in a villa overlooking the Amalfi coast with pizza and mozzarella cheese making, to a medieval dinner in an 11th-century castle.  We not only provide this, but my company is the source for many other agencies and tour companies.
