About Me

Have you ever explored British Columbia? If not, I can plan a trip you’ll always remember. As a travel agent professional for the Canadian province, I am well acquainted with the sites and attractions. So, if you're looking for a vacation in Canada, you've come to the right place! British Columbia has a stunning coastal landscape, unlike any other Canadian province. To truly experience its coastal charms, you'll need to see both the major hot spots and hidden gems. Victoria, the province's capital, is one of the prettiest cities in the country, so you'll want to make sure you visit Victoria during your trip!

Fraser Canyon

The Fraser Canyon is an outstanding natural wonder cut by the Fraser River millions of years ago. This incredible landscape boasts towering mountains, bottomless lakes, and a stunning wilderness. You can experience the natural beauty of the canyon while hiking, white water rafting, or fishing. You can even try your hand at gold panning! In addition, you'll also be amazed at the abundance of wildlife. For those who enjoy outdoor adventures, Fraser Canyon is an excellent choice. For example, this region of the province is home to many species of bear, including the endangered Kermode bear. You'll also have the chance to experience the rich culture and history of the indigenous tribes that have lived and live in the area.    The weather is hotter and drier during the summer, when more tourists visit the island locale. You’ll find the place colder and damper in March, a time of year you may want to avoid a visit.

Okanagan Valley

The Okanagan Valley, located four hours east of Vancouver, is a scenic destination that is ideal for a weekend getaway. Featuring a Mediterranean micro climate, long deep lakes, and mighty peaks, this area is home to a variety of animals, including rattlesnakes and moose. To the north, you'll find Pacific Northwest fir forests, while the center is home to vineyards and wineries. In fact, a booming local wine industry has attracted new businesses to the region, making it a great place to visit. The region's climate is temperate and sunny, allowing the vineyards to produce quality grapes and wines. The region is also home to many other agricultural businesses, including a thriving cheese industry and a wide variety of fruits and vegetables. But perhaps the best part of visiting the Okanagan Valley is getting a taste of the local cuisine. Don’t leave the place without sampling Bannock brad or the crab delicacies. You’ll also have to plan a boat trip on Okanagan Lake or plan on cycling the Kettle Valley Rail Trail.

Prince Rupert

Prince Rupert, British Columbia is a vibrant port city on the North Coast of Canada. Its climate is temperate rain forest and oceanic, making it one of Canada's wettest cities. The average summer temperature is less than 20 degrees Celsius with high winds that can blow as cold as 50km/h. Despite the rains and winds, Prince Rupert remains otherwise relatively temperate. The port city on BC’s northwest coast provides a gateway to the Khutzeymateen Grizzly Sanctuary - a bear habitat you may want to visit. It is also home to Cow Bay, a palace that features shops and waterfront cafes. You can also go whale-watching, as Humpbacks can be seen swimming offshore.

Nelson

This quaint, mountainous town is tucked in between the Kootenay Lake and the snow-capped Selkirk Mountains. Visiting Nelson is an excellent way to get to know the local culture and enjoy the great outdoors. Therefore, when visiting Nelson, take time to explore the town's many parks. Nelson is known as an unofficial capital of the surrounding region. The city's population grew with the construction of a hydropower plant and the introduction of an electric streetcar system. Therefore, you’ll find plenty of historic sites in Nelson that serve as cultural institutions and make great family vacation destinations. If you love to hike, this is the place to go for a serene and memorable adventure.

Fernie

One of the best things about Fernie is its historic downtown, a charming laneway lined with old buildings and interesting sites. The town is small but brimming with things to see and do, from the local craft shops to the cozy pubs and local restaurants. You can also check out the city's famous nightlife. Hotels in Fernie are generally convenient and within walking distance of many popular dining and shopping destinations. Many hotels in Fernie also offer ample parking for guests. In April, the city's meadows are awash in wildflowers and leafing plants and flora. While summer weather in Fernie can be a bit hot, the town is shaded and cool. If you like to bike, you'll love the city's biking trails, and the local attractions. As a top travel agent advisor for British Columbia, I can promise you will experience a trip like no other. Let me arrange that special trip today. Call me anytime to start booking your British Columbia holiday.

John was very professional and always available. He gave me great information and was open and honest. He didn't try to sell me anything but gave me great advice. I really enjoyed working with John and we spoke recently and he is helping me plan our next trip. I found John on a google search for travel agents and he was rated 5 stars. I have passed John's name and contact information to a lot of my friends. I can't say enough about how professional and friendly he is. Thanks for everything!

Germany trip and Bayern Munich game
Reviewed By Daniel - San Francisco CA | Traveled to Germany ~ Europe
The travel services John provided for our 12 day trip from California to Germany were exceptional.

The purpose of the trip was to visit Germany for the first time and take my son to his first professional German soccer game in Munich to see Bayern Munich.

John arranged outstanding tickets for the soccer game, excellent hotel accommodations, transportation, and day trips to tour the sites we wanted to see. Service was impeccable.

Many thanks!
I would recommend this agent to my family and friends.

John was amazing and so helpful. All we knew is we wanted to go somewhere on a beach that would be all inclusive. John was very patient and was a great listener and he sent us several options in different countries that we could choose from for our trip. Once we made our decision on our destination, John set everything up for us from start to finish. We cannot thank him enough for making our trip one of the most memorable vacations we have ever had.
